Worst nail experience I've ever had. I left bleeding. No kidding. I had my finger wrapped in a paper towel that I had to ask for after bleeding on the counter by the register. It still frosts me that I had to pay for this criminal shellac application. The polish is uneven and mottled. My cuticle was cut twice with the little snipper things they remove dry skin with, and twice by the nail file. It was the final snipper cut, taking a chunk out of the side of my pinkie cuticle that did all of the bleeding and was the last straw for me. I was supposed to get a pedicure as well... but, I left. Didn't feel like having my feet cut to ribbons. There are two pedicure chairs, and one had broken jets, no bubbles. So... I drove directly to Nails across from Walmart and had a nice pedicure with no blood loss, still clamping the paper towel to my finger. read more

First visit did not go too well, inexperienced technician but they have to learn sooner or later - just not on me. Called and spoke to Raina the owner, super nice and apologetic lady, she had another technician re-do my nails and they came out BEAUTIFUL. Very professional, no cuts, no bleeding, no pain and the shop is very, very clean, which is important when having services done. I have received several compliments since then on how nice my nails look. I'll be a return customer with this technician. read more
