I have experienced consistent professional, friendly, fair and prompt service since purchasing my 2015 Chevrolet Impala at Titus-Will Chevrolet of Parkland in February of 2015. In particular, I have enjoyed dealing with Service Advisor William Bainbridge and Fixed Operations Director Lenny Distefano. Service Advisors Sarah Hemminger and Lawrence Delosreyes have also been friendly and helpful. Lawrence took good care of my Chevrolet when he was managing the oil and lube shop prior to his position as Service Advisor. The free oil change for life program and related services, like being able to purchase my tires there, without an appointment is a highly valued dealer feature and incentive to me. Whenever I have had questions about the diagnosis or quality of work performed, William Bainbridge and Lenny Distefano have been quick to resolve my concerns, even calling upon the mechanic technician for a more detailed description if necessary. I really appreciate this level of care which has contributed to my growing confidence that I will always be treated respectfully and fairly. Because I drive my Chevrolet for Lyft and Uber ride share purposes, I have logged a lot of miles. I have had two issues come up since my warranty has expired, including a battery with low voltage and paint chip repair that were the reasons for my last visit. In each case with assistance from General Motors and working with Lenny Distefano, I have received some discounts on service to reward my brand and dealership loyalty. This assistance has been very helpful in keeping my Impala well maintained. Thank you General Motors and Titus-Will Chevrolet! Twice in the past, my repairs were delayed due to mechanic or staff errors. One time my vehicle was struck and damaged while in dealer care and the other time a mechanic broke a part during assembly. In each case, the dealership took appropriate responsibility, explained and apologized for the damage, and corrected the situation by minimizing the inconvenience to me. I mention these examples not as complaints but as examples of things that happen but can be overcome in a positive manner with the right relationship and standard of care. These were negative, unwanted incidents that were turned into a positive trust and relationship building experience because of the appropriate response of the dealership. One area that can be improved is the return of the vehicle to the customer after service has been performed. I have sometimes been handed my key fob after a repair and found that my car was dirtier than when I brought it in with the repair tag still hanging from rearview mirror and the dirty paper floor mat still in the vehicle. I liked it when the Service Advisor William actually walked out with me to where my vehicle was parked to inspect the repair with me, in this last case, it was a touch up of paint chips on my rear bumper and wheel well along with the battery replacement. I want to emphasize the quality and value of the customer-dealer relationship that Titus-Will has built with me over the last 2.5 years. This dealership has a very community oriented business philosophy including support for our veterans at nearby Joint Base Lewis McChord. Being confident that I will be treated respectfully and professionally has earned my loyalty, especially when resolving any concerns I have had about work performed. Finally, I would like to add how much I have appreciated the shuttle service to and from my home on repair days. The two drivers, Alex and Mel, have been very friendly and helpful in providing this courtesy service which greatly reduces the inconvenience and stress related to the repair and maintenance experience. Titus-Will also has a very comfortable and clean waiting area with clean restrooms, vending machine and free coffee, tea or hot chocolate which I like. I was asked if I would alter my last review by the service manager Lenny. He took the time to call me and try and make me happy. He said he discounted my return repair although I was led to believe that if they don't fix the first time there would be no charge Over $250.00 more dollars to the $582 something I already paid. If it was something different I might understand but it wasn't. After having Blazer for 22 day's, it not starting in their parking lot, breaking down on the way home due to a dead battery, I parked it at home. I started it in the morning, same F$%^&* code! I brought it back and they keep it a day or so more and say it was a wrong part that I got from Auto Zone. By the way, I brought supposed wrong part back to auto-zone and verified it WAS the right part. Titus put in their new Oxygen sensor, charged me for the parts and labor. Lenny gave me a $65.00 break on the steam cleaning so they could check for oil leak, that they didn't want to do the first time. Then the quote to repair oil leak at oil pan gasket and intake manifold. THOUSANDS! On my Honda they too worked on, said the oil leak was from the oil pan and drain plug. 1991 Honda!!! $780 something bid. The part is $29.94 on line with gasket!! 1/2 hour repair time. I will do myself. I brought Honda home. Parked it. Started it in the morning and it was rattling. Looked at oil on dipstick. NONE!!! I simply drove 10 miles and parked it so I suspected incompetence again. I filled oil and drove all around. I parked car all night and put a piece of cardboard under car. In the morning....TWO little drips. Their mechanic let the oil out and did not refill or spilled some when checking drain plug. It has been several days and still no substantial oil leak. Could have ruined the whole engine. Lenny, I know this was not the review you wanted but honesty is the only way you guys will hopefully improve. YOU were very nice and I felt like a valued customer BUT I am still disgusted in the extra money and the incompetent mechanics you have. Truth! What would you do if this was your cars? Is anything I am saying here false? No it isn't. I will think twice before using any of your services again. Reason: Titus Will failed to even get close to my expectations. I paid more than I should and I believe price gouging occurred with quotes and both cars only got one thing fixed on them. I am a reasonable man who just wants good service and professional, expedient mechanics. Thanks Lenny for your involvement. Sorry for less than good review. Not thrilled. I talked to the service department and She told me to bring it in next Thursday. I asked her if I could drop my car off on Friday after work instead of Thursday because I have to go to work on Friday. The shop isn't open on the weekend. Ok, can I get a loaner car then? I figure since the work getting done is a recall from Chevy, they would at least give me a loaner so I can get to work still. She said no, we don't do that. What? I need a car for work.. So, your shop isn't open on the weekend, but you don't have loaners? no, there is a rental service we use but it will be at your cost Weak Chevy, weak So I agreed to pay for my own rental car since it would take an entire day to replace all three recalls. ok fine I bring my car in ten days later and even though the reservation was in the computer, the rental car wasn't there. I asked about the rental not being there already, and got "oh, we usually don't do loaners for recalls" Like my request was seriously new, so an employee walking by got "hey-you'd" to give me a ride up the street to Enterprise. Why not seem like you appreciated your customers? go out of your way for them, maybe. What happened to "pushy" car salesmen, trying to sell you stuff you didn't ask for? I would have really appreciated a little: "What? you have over 200k miles on that old Malibu? Oh, it's paid off? Are you considering upgrading? Have you seen our new 2015 line up? Which one are you most interested in? Which catches your eye? Ok, take that one home for the night, drive it to work, by the time you are off work, we will be done with the recalls on your car. But, you probably wont want it because you will be in love with that new Chevy. Lets talk numbers....." Oh, plus, they told me my check engine light was on. I asked what the issue is, why it was on? He said they would check it for $50. What? I I know what happens, you plug the computer into the plug-in under my steering wheel, and it tells you what is wrong. That's it. You need $50 to do that? I'll go somewhere else. I wasn't asking for them to do actual work for free, just take care of your customers, then they will be return customers, and pay you much more money in the long run, as "regulars". read more

Brought in initially in August I think. Said they were ordering a part. Did not order until I called a month later. The part magically appeared after two days. Then they damaged my trim while installing said part. Had to return to get my radio exchanged. Said they would order it and it would be in that afternoon so returned my car to me without a radio and said they would call. I never got a call so I called at 4pm (they stop service at 4). Said Oh the part won't be in until Monday. It was Friday. They expected me to drive around without my radio all weekend, no back up video or sensors, nothing, and didn't even bother to notify me. Lenny did fill my tank with gas for the trouble. Eh. The part came in on Monday and I had to waste another day for them to install the radio. Said it would take a couple hours, so I waited in the waiting room. I missed an appt elsewhere for an oil change because it took over 4 hours. Had I been told actual time I would have gone home. Did they offer to change my oil as they caused me to miss my appointment? Nope. Then they damaged the part they just put in the week before when they were installing the radio and had to order and replace the same part they forgot to order the first time. Had to waste another day to get it replaced. When i got my car back after this install there was a 5-6' crack in my windshield. Was told it's a rock chip, could've happened anywhere, and they take no responsibility. You're right, it could have happened anywhere, but it didn't. It happened between when I dropped my car off and when you gave it back. $1000 windshield that I am now paying out of pocket to replace. They replaced the damaged shift assembly and broke my stabilitrac button along with the install. Thanks. Guess what, had to waste another day getting that fixed. Took it back in for that to be fixed and as I was driving away, the whole shift assembly just popped out. So had to return yet again to have it properly installed. I would never, ever in a million years recommend this dealership to anyone for repairs. Lenny's technicians over there are inept and pay no attention to detail. By the way, did I mention I had to return after one 'fix' to return a tool they forgot about, and had to return again after another fix because one of them left their cell phone in my car? After one repair my car smelled like cigarettes and BO. Yum. Asinine. read more

I had been searching for a used (new to me) pickup to haul my trailer, and decided on a Silverado 3500 after seeing it on the Titus Will website. Since we live on an island, it is a pain in the rear to do simple tasks like car shopping, so having great descriptions and pictures on a website is important to me, which Titus Will has done really well. Lots of good, quality pictures! So many other dealers have 1-2 lousy cell phone pictures because they know you will inevitably come in to see the vehicle, then the sharks start circling... After finding the truck we wanted online, I called and got in touch with salesman Tracy, and discussed what I wanted to do (get preapproval with interest rate and payment) and an estimate on my trade. Tracy was very understanding about how we live on an island and made sure the truck was still on site and available, and worked the finance deal with a reasonable offer on my trade. He called me within an hour and had the estimate complete and ready to go. We arrived on a Sunday at 1:00 and Tracy was there with all the service reports and documentation I requested on the truck. We test drove it and Tracy answered all my questions, and clearly knows the ins and outs of these trucks. On my trade in, no one tried to low ball me or change the agreed upon trade value. They took it for a drive, saw it was in great shape, and that was the last of it. When it came time to close the deal, finance manager Josh stepped in with a BETTER interest rate than initially quoted, after spending time going through making sure all the important information was in my application, and it all was correct. I asked about purchasing an extended warranty (no one ever pressured me on this, or "special" coatings for the taillights or anything like that) and the lower interest rate allowed me to include the warranty while keeping my payment where I wanted it. After signing the deal, Tracy had the truck cleaned really well and the fuel tank filled and ready to go in the parking lot. The sales and finance team at Titus Will treated me with respect, and never tried any of the expected 'bait and switch' tactics I am used to getting at other dealers. All in all, a very good experience that my family and I were very happy with. Ten years from now when this truck needs replacing (wishful thinking!) I went here to purchase a Chevy Tahoe. My trade was negative which I had cash to cover, but it still took them three days to get an approval, all while running 15 hard inquiries on my credit. I was told I was approved at 5% for the car so I left work early and hauled butt over there to sit for two hours for them to come say perfect we are ready its at 17% I was furious. They say they will work on it can be in contact with me tomorrow and for the continuance they would fill up my car I wasn't trading in (13 gallon tank.) They finally get us approved at 7% we sign pay them the negative we owed on our trade and were done. We go to fill up my car which they did, I say what about the Tahoe, who was just short of the low fuel light being on with its 26 gallon tank, and I'm told "oh we don't fill up used cars" I have never bought a used cat from a dealership where they didn't fill it up let alone have to put gas in it before you get home. You'd think that's the end of the story right. Nope there is more after the fact they took to long to pay off my trade so it occurred more interest than the ten day pay off leaving me paying 40 out of my pocket. I called before they pay of and the sales persons Jorge assured me they would take care of it. I bring them the invoice showing I had to pay 40.02 give it to finance on DEC 10th with a promise they would handle it and call me. I have called them twice with no one willing to talk to me about it. Still no check or even an applogy, then I got to make my first car payment after never getting anything other than a savings account statement from becu so I go in and I am told oh to pay this you have to transfer money from your bank to your savings account. Then you have to transfer from your savings to the car loan. That online transfer from my bank to Thiers takes 3 Buisness days, I ended up switching banks because I didn't want a three step payment process. It would have been nice to be treated like at least a customer vs a piece of crap. read more

I recently bought a truck from here and I am from out of state. I emailed the salesman numerous times asking multiple questions. One question I asked was if there were any engine modifications or if the emissions stuff was altered. I was told that there were no engine modifications and the truck would pass emissions. Well I went up there and bought the truck based on this knowledge. I brought it home and brought it to a guy I know and he told me that the emissions components were removed and/or disabled and there must have been a tuner installed. I found a tuner manual in the glove box so I knew that it had one at one point. I called the dealership and told them this as now I am unable to get a warranty on the truck and to ask about the tuner they told me they let some shop have the tuner as payment to remove a check engine light. Well now that I don't have the original tuner, that creates a huge problem for me if I try to do anything with the truck. At first they made it sound like they would make it right but then just tried telling me I have a great truck and should be happy. They then stopped replying to any messages. I wouldn't recommend trusting the word of their mechanics or salesmen. I should've paid the money for an outside mechanic to inspect the truck prior to me going there. They have potential if they know their vehicles but don't trust their mechanics. read more
