We come down a bit more on the song side when it comes to this Quiet Zone in Bantam. We have visited several times, always found the staff to be friendly, well informed and doing their work quickly. We went in for an emissions test last week; it was properly completed in under 15 minutes. We asked for our windshield washer fluid to be topped off with freezer-free stuff. It was, and no charge. What's to gripe about? Earlier visit for door repairs and oil change also done efficiently and fairly priced. We like 'em -- and we also like Sunshine in Litchfield. In our experience both are staffed by honest folks. Whatever your issues, there's no scam here.

They truly went above and beyond when my Chrysler 200 wouldn't start. Eric came to my home to jump it, and when that didn't work, he and his associate even pushed the car out of my garage to make it easier for AAA to tow. The next day, they picked up the Cadillac, gave me a clear and honest quote for the brake repair, and thoroughly explained other items I should monitor and address in the future. They also printed out the recall information for the vehicle and, knowing we're new to the area and still learning the local roads, arranged for me to have the recall work done at a convenient nearby location. When I went to pick up the vehicles, both were ready at the same time and I was there alone. Eric immediately offered for one of his office staff to drive one of the cars to my home while I followed with the other and brought her back. The level of care and thoughtfulness made me feel like part of the family. It's so refreshing to find a family-owned business that genuinely values its customers and shows it in every interaction. The Quiet Zone has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I could never go anywhere else for my vehicle service needs. Highly recommend -- give them a try and you'll see the difference for yourself. Thank you to Eric and everyone at The Quiet Zone!
