As an investor living in Texas, I wanted to find a property management company I could trust. I…read moredid a lot of research and narrowed down my search to a few different companies to call. Jason answered all of my questions about The Realty Medics and their services and we decided to work with them. Once we signed the agreement I dealt with Emi and she was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our property setup in their systems. Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. I would recommend The Realty Medics to anyone who is searching for a professional property management company to take care of their investment. Debbie Kofler Kaufman, TX

Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". I've been living downtown for about 9 years now. Dorothy helped me find my first apartment…read moredowntown at The Vue and I loved it! The process was very simple and everything went smoothly. I then moved and rented with a management company for about 7 years. It was a great apartment, but the building started to go downhill and the people living there were not my cup of tea. I wanted to move out ASAP! Dorothy came to the rescue again! I've been wanting to live in The Sanctuary for years, and it is a tough building to get into. When units come up for rent (which are few and far between) they go really quickly. I checked Urbanista's site every day for about a month and one day a unit popped up. I called Dorothy and she got me in to look at the unit 30 minutes later, as she knows those units are a time sensitive matter. I met with her partner Jeremy, who was just as great! He showed me the apartment (which was treated poorly by the previous tenant and wasn't my style) and he quickly showed me another unit in the building that I was unaware of and I loved it! I asked to put an offer in the next day and Dorothy quickly got to work. I gave them a move-in date of the following week, so everything had to be done fast. Since Urbanista was not the listing agent of the apartment, we had to deal with another realtor from a different real estate company as well and I was unimpressed with his performance on getting this all together once it was handed over to him. He promised me a lease to sign within a couple hours and I still did not have one until the following day over 24 hours later (a day before my move-in date) and I still had to do orientation at the new building before I could be allowed to move in. Everything was down to the last minute. I kept in contact with Dorothy during the whole process and she was able to act as a middle man and make sure the other realtor did their job and got things done for me. She definitely made them hustle when she heard that they were not doing their job timely. I'm now moved into my new apartment and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend using Dorothy and Jeremy at Urbanista!

I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Olde Town Brokers "Sleazy" Steve lives up to his name…read more Anyone that has worked with Steve will tell you that he will say anything to get you to rent/have him manage your property. For a luxury realty business they operate like slumlords squeezing every penny from tenants & owners. Here are a few specific examples: Moved into home day one and had roaches. Steve called them "Palmetto bugs" and insisted I would have to pay for pest control, I literally hadn't moved in yet. House was missing window screens and in Florida its nice to open the windows sometimes. When I asked Steve for help he asked me if screens are "necessary" and implied it was a tenant responsibly, this finally got resolved after 6 weeks. Dishwasher stopped working and I had to reach out and remind Steve of the problem multiple times. After a month of washing my dishes by hand they replaced it with the absolute cheapest model available. Finally asking for a rent reduction because of COVID-19, Steve said he could only do $1550 because I was a good paying tenant, never late or short ever. When I asked for 1500 he said no and I found someone else to live. He then lists the same property for 1500 because no one would pay the $1600 I was paying before, what a way to kick someone while they are down Steve. If you want a luxury experience go somewhere this place is a slum lord operation. If you list your property to rent from them you'll find out soon enough.
