    Do not rent 9219 in summfield FL bad well water for 2 years. Due to lack of maintenance we will be moving end of lease.

    If there were a 0 star, I would rate 0. I submitted an application 5/28/2025 with move in asap. 2 applicants $75 each=$150 application fee. Received an email on 5/29 that they were processing it and it could take up to 24 to 48 hours to complete. Income uploaded to their partner sight findigs dot com for the exception of my other applicant because their system couldn't load their income, so elected bank access that included all direct deposits for income. Received an email 5/30 stating that they needed pay stubs for other applicant. Sent over documents. I assumed that the application process timeframe would start over from there once they receive all info. Waited and still didn't hear anything by 6/2 so emailed in the morning and received nothing. So then I called and was told that she was processing the application and that she'd be in contact via email by the end of the day. Nothing! Then received an email 6/3 stating that my income requirement wasn't met, but she wanted me to send my pay stubs again. So I went on findigs dot com again and it said that the application had been cancelled due to inactivity. (Probably why she wanted me to submit my pay stubs again) but emailed over the paystubs instead of findigs. I have yet to hear anything from this company since. I know for fact that the verified income that was provided was almost 5x the amount required, credit score of over 700 and volunteer with children, so the background check was no question. Let's just say "IF the income wasn'T enough", it takes over a week to come to that conclusion?? Couldn't have the courtesy to stay in contact or a denial? It has been 2 weeks since the application has been submitted. I'm happy to report that I applied for another rental through another company and was approved in less than 24 hours, and the rental qualifications were higher. Either someone doesn't know how to do their job properly OR someone is simply not doing their job at all! I will never deal with Realty Medics again! Regardless of the outcome, they were very unprofessional and could not complete an application in a timely matter! And honestly robbed me of $150 for an application fee that they never even processed. The house is still on the market and by the looks of the way they do business, it will probably stay that way for a while!

    This company is a scam they will hold your security deposit for damages that were already previously there even if you have proof of it

My breathing has suffered because of mold, mildew, and the condition of this house, and instead of hearing what their tenants say, they act like every Maintenance request is an offense to the company. It's not, it's just stuff that needs to be fixed. I live in a unit that is very very old and has been redone and it's beautiful, but there are a lot of behind-the-scenes type stuff that need to be addressed and the owner probably has no idea because Florida Realty investments literally makes their tenants suffer.

My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.
