My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

This is without seeing any documentation on what terms were involved with the security deposit. They had a payment gateway on their website but no documentation, no lease, nothing. Smelling someting fishy, I googled 'mainstreet renewals reviews' and OH MY GOD! I was just about to put about $2k down on a place and am very thankful that I stopped to do a reputation check on them before doing it. The reviews are all just horrible. I referenced the negative reviews, called the main office in Austin, TX and asked for a lease...documentation...SOMETHING that outlines my rights before paying a deposit. This got relayed to the local office and the twenty-something real estate person contacted me. She had to email me the lease directly...it was not available on the portal. She told me that I only had a few hours left to pay the deposit as the 24 hour time limit was almost up. The lease was 58 pages! I took my time reading it and it just smells like this company is a slum lord type business that uses PREDATORY LEASING to charge extra whenever possible. They are a large rent organization based in Austin, TX with companies spun up in local states. The structure of the organization lends itself to being able to blame problems with service on other pieces of the organization. THANK YOU YELP! I find one with Main Street and from before we moved in we have been having constant issues getting them to fix problems in the house they come sit in the vehicle and then leave, when they do come in to fix an issue they put a bandaid on it and leave without letting you know they are done. We have several maintenance request put in already and have only been here 6 weeks. If there was a way to stop people from renting from them I would.

I cleaned it up and go reported it to the office, only to learn that they had a big leak next door so that's why my apartment was flooded, no one came and tell me anything or check to see what happened since the apartments were close to each other. When I got back to the apartment I noticed the water coming up from under the tiles again and mopped and proceed to make breakfast while waiting for assistance, no one came, I fell in my kitchen and that morning and hurt myself really bad because the water coming up from the tiles and under my kitchen mat. I was rushed to the hospital and no one still didn't-came. I start to complain and asked to change my apartment and they told me no, because the smell was so awful, and my furniture was damaged, but I endured. A few weeks ago my aoart was leaking from upstairs again and damaged equipment in my kitchen and living room. Again I express my concern to be moved to a next unit and they said no. I started noticing some changes they refuse to draft my auto pay and told me that aunto pay timed out. Yesterday they draft my auto pay and told me that it was set for the old amount so they still have to charge me a late fee even though the originalrent was drafted out of the account on time. They don't fix anything, everything is old. The complex is very get to and noisy and dirty no body their cleans their patio or entrance way but I still do mine as an example. If you want to have high blood pressure come here and don't forget the old ass AC unit that been running your light bill sky high, the old tilet that's keep on running and the kitchen dispose that dosen't work, the old blinds that been there for four century. It's really bad here.

Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". No one else applied before we did , the manager dragged their feet for weeks after 27 phone calls and 8 emails. I look forward to their response on this one with some altered fabrication of Reality.

When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week.
