We were buying house here in Florida while being stationed in San Diego. Our realtor Coleman listened to our needs and answered my husband's many...many questions--which I'm very appreciative of. There was a slight oversight that did cause us--mainly me--a great deal of stress but the group did get everything addressed and ultimately our offer was accepted and closed. I'm giving 4 stars because I felt that towards the end of the deal the drive and communication haltered a bit. We had to micromanage in order to get certain paperwork signed in order to close on time. (We needed to get a notary since we were cross country..) I also thought that we would get some sort of in person congrats or welcome once arriving in florida. We are still very happy with our realtor and with wemert in general. Trish A. My husband and I reached out to Wemert Group Realty and were paired with a realtor by the name of Carla/Karla. To begin, she called my husband and myself pet names such as "sweetie", "honey", etc. This was highly inappropriate and embarrassing. Additionally, she was dressed as though she worked in a strip club not for a Real Estate Company. She smelled of alcohol at 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon. In our opinion, she had been drinking. She was very forward with her body language to a point of embarrassment. She was very pushy and made comment after comment about needing money. She told us sob stories of how badly she needed money to feed her children and lived week by week. She may as well have just put her hand out and asked for money. We parted ways after viewing just ONE home. She continued to call my husbands phone for a total of 17 times over the next 3 days. He finally had to tell her to stop calling and that he was going to report her. This woman was unbelievable. Wemert seems to be a high end, very nice and leisure company. If they want to bring in high end clients, they may want to reconsider who they have work for them as well as add a more appropriate/business like dress code. Recently purchased a property listed with this company. I was assigned to an inexperienced agent. Once my offer was accepted, the follow up and interest was zero. I have purchased several homes in my lifetime and with very good experiences from previous companies. At the closing, I was not given any of the condo rules (CC&R's,) provided with 1 door key, no keys to the pool and to add insult to injury, not even a "thank you" as a follow up to the sale.
