Both are headed up by Steve Simpson, but I will focus my discussion on my realtor, Peggy, whom was fantastic throughout the process of selling my rental property. Offering a wealth of knowledge and skill, she did a fantastic job of diligently working with me to explain every step of the way, without being overbearing or pressuring me. She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern), discarded offers that were unreasonably low and not worth my time, and persistent for a good 3 months before we finally found a buyer at a price point that hit about 90% of my criteria. Thanks to 407 and Peggy's hard work, we were able to be alleviated of the credit burden an unwanted investment property brings and we left the sale with enough money to put towards a home that's just for us! I would strongly recommend them if you are either in the market for a highly competent property manager or a seller's agent.

She was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire journey and took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with every step. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly listened to exactly what I was looking for. Instead of wasting time showing me homes that didn't fit my needs, she narrowed down the search based on what was important to me, and ultimately helped me find exactly what I needed. What I appreciated most was how supported and guided I felt throughout the process. Buying your first home is a huge decision, and having someone like Jacqueline by your side makes such a difference. She made a stressful process feel exciting and manageable. I would 100% recommend

We'd already done a lot of homework on neighborhoods, amenities, and floor plans, and within just a few conversations he had a fantastic feel for what mattered most to us. He quickly set up a series of thoughtful showings that helped us compare different options and fine-tune our priorities, and every property he chose gave us something meaningful to consider. Andre is amazingly proactive and has deep local knowledge. He even found a home that was just about to hit the market, and it ended up being absolutely perfect for us--we closed on it in just two weeks. Throughout everything, Andre was an excellent communicator: responsive, clear, and always ready with answers to our questions about closing from out of state. I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.
