Let me start by saying there was nothing about this process that was easy. When I asked David to be our realtor, I knew we were putting him in a really tough spot. Due to circumstances surrounding a divorce, the house we had to sell was in the cusp of going to foreclosure auction. 2020 hit and COVID extended our timeline. This is coming up on our one year anniversary of the purchase of our home.
