unacceptable customer service from sheila (store manager)…read more do not go to this location!!!!!!! i experienced unacceptable, unprofessional, confrontational customer service from sheila (store manager) @ copperas cove location. upon entering the store @ 6:59pm (door was unlocked) sheila yelled out "we're closed" sheila failed to represent the company with her ridiculous and unprofessional attitude towards a customer. i had to remind sheila to say hello (greet the customer). she responded with an attitude (hello, how can i help you? ) failed again!!!! sheila failed to redeem her professional rapport. i informed sheila to do better and request to find the next opportunity to support the customer. KC gave him 500 on his SIGNATURE! the ladies who run the office are super sweet and friendly. we might not be able to put much into our savings account these days but we know if we that is a resource for us if we have to come up with cash fast.
