I will admit that I wasn't expecting to have any sort of "special experience" with TitleMax. My experience with most other short-term loan companies have been typically cold and mechanical. However, the experience I had at TitleMax off of Burnet Rd. was one I won't soon forget. The loan process was simple and I walked out the door - check in hand - after just 40 minutes or so. I ran into a few snags over the following few months that forced me to fall behind in my payments rather significantly. Naturally, I was very nervous that I was going to wake up one day to find my car taken by the repo man. When I finally called TitleMax (after avoiding their calls for several weeks), I was met with compassion and respect. We worked out a solution over the phone and the rest is history. This has definitely been an eye-opening experience for me!
