Well, they must be all good....because the gentleman (actually, I think he was a Sr. Partner in this firm.....) who responded to my original email wasn't really interested in any new business (or at least doing any work for a new account - or even assigning an agent to follow-up). No follow-up. No offer to come out an look at the Common property, assets, etc. Oh, and did I mention that I made this was EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR THEM - as I had send them OUR CURRENT POLICY - meaning it would have not taken much effort at all. In my book, if an insurance company is lazy on A REALLY EASY QUOTE, then you probably shouldn't expect much from them when you really need them, If you need new insurance, don't bother.....these guys are all good.

I needed very specific event insurance that I had been unable to find anywhere, and upon reaching out to TAI I was informed that they also don't provide that service. However, instead of turning me away (despite my inability to bring them business) they still figured out my needs and then directed me towards two options that do provide exactly the insurance I required- and at a great price point! Thanks again Ronda.

I recently accidentally paid the wrong card accout. After speaking to a few people on the phone (and we all know how difficult it is to get a person on the phone with large companies), I decided to come talk to a banker. I had to make an appointment and did. A marvelous young gentleman was incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything in about 10 minutes and I'm very pleased.

I am leaving a review (which is rare) because my experience with Century Management Financial…read moreAdvisors has really been above and beyond what I expected. Prior to them, I was meeting with other potential advisors. Conversations all ended the same after getting nowhere. I may not have millions like some clients but it was respectable. Still, I kept having the same experience which made me feel behind and a little silly. When I spoke to Century Management Financial Advisors, I was surprised that they were treating me, my money, and concerns as if I were one of their most important clients. They were completely focused on me. I received help with financial planning, setting up a budget and goals, and was given clear investment guidance because they also took the time to educate me. And I had a ton of questions which they answered gladly, treating each as a key part of the relationship. I wish I would have started with them first. I finally have a clear path forward and peace of mind. Plus, I know I'm finally dealing with my finances the right way! I cannot say enough good things about them.

We recently completed a comprehensive financial planning process with Century Management Financial…read moreAdvisors and had a very positive experience. The plan was tailored to a period of transition for us, with multiple moving pieces to think through, including a potential home purchase, family planning, and changes in income over time. The team covered budgeting, tax considerations, savings, and long-term planning, and their planning software was especially helpful in visualizing different scenarios and showing how various financial decisions could affect our overall goals. Scott, David, and Rachel were attentive, patient, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer questions, explain concepts clearly, and make the process feel collaborative rather than transactional or pushy. It has also been valuable to work with the same firm on both financial planning and investment management. Having one team with a full view of our situation has made the experience feel seamless and comprehensive, and has given us greater confidence in our overall financial direction.
