I will give it to the two young ladies for doing such a fine job. Pricilla and Kiara were helpful, knowledgeable and personable! Little bit more than 30 minutes speedy fast but worth the extra wait. They get the job done successfully! God Bless read more

The staff needs to explain at the time the loan is made that the monthly payments applies nothing to the principal. It all interest and new loan set fees. In my case I've been paying my loan on time and owe more today than I did when I took the loan out. This should be against the law. read more

NOTHING NEED TO BE IMPROVE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I been paying title loan for a year half. I started to suspicious being scam by them. It suppose to be paid off as agreement. Instead they change it to extension payment by force me keep paying to them. I feel like being scam by them makes me to feel like slavery with money. They refuse shows me the history payment and agreement. BY LAW THEY MUST SHOW THE HISTORY PAYMENT PERIOD AND THEY KNOW THAT BY LAW. I been over paid when not suppose to. They are advantage of me because I'm deaf. They refuse to cooperate with me. They all want is the money. They don't care if I lose my job if I don't have the car. They don't care if I live on the street. They don't care that I need transportation for my kids still want to take my car. They are the threat with my life. It will happen to other people. I am going to sue them by getting money back by being overpaid and sue them for scamming me. read more

I worked in the service industry for at least thirty years. Ive worked with and trained numerous professionals. When I went to the TitleMax in Hewitt, Texas I received some of the best service I've ever had. It's nice to know you are going to be taken care of from the very beginning. And from the beginning Christina gave me an assured feeling. Assurity cant be taught. Most of the ways she took care of me can't be taught. She just has "IT" wrapped up in a friendly smile. Christina is one of the best assets to a company Ive ever met. Thank you TitleMax for your hiring attention. And thank you Christina for your attention to detail and courtesy. read more

Very friendly staff, easy process, Estella was the best. Super knowledgeable and helpful through the whole thing.

They do not tell you how much your monthly payments will be until an hour has passes into the paperwork. Then they explain that after you pay $150 a month, only $30 of that payment will be out towards the principal...Back in 2010, I got a title loan through TitleMax and they did not used to be this greedy...I paid $150 a month and that money paid off my $1000 Title loan in a year...They have seemed to switch to a more predatory business model, where my $150 per month payment only adds $30 to the the principle...TitleMax sucks, I am now involved in every class action lawsuit against these POS's. read more

BE AWARE! BE AWARE! BE AWARE! Title Max in Flowery Branch, GA has very rude staff and they are very disrespectful. I paid off my title over a week ago and they still refuse to give me my title. I had to call the tag office and three way a call with the manager Joselyn because she didn't even know the policy. Then after a week of waiting I called back in and got a different story from the general manager named Anna it went from 5 to 7 business day to 22 day, then to 14 days. If you don't have to go there please don't its not worth the headache. If i could give it a negative 10 stars I would. read more

WARNING!!! Exhaust all avenues to borrow money before using Title Max or any similar loan company. Most people needing a loan is because we don't have funds readily available, our credit is lacking, it doesn't mean we are deadbeats. These types of loans should actually be illegal, they're taking severe advantage of people with extremely high interest rates. If you're not able to pay back the entire amount, you have to roll your loan over, of course for a fee. I lost so much money on my loan having to renew it several times. I'm trying to rebuild my credit, Title Max doesn't even report your payments to The Credit Bureau. It's a shame that instead of helping those of us, for whatever reasons, have had some issues, can't get ahead, because of utmost greed. I am cautioning you against this these types of loans. read more

Terrible communication. saw How much I owed, got that amount and paid next morning. Now a week and a half later I get a call asking if I am going to pay or surrender the car. Apparently by paying next morning I gained more interest which made payment short by $20. No message, texts, email stating I did not pay enough. Great service, yes I took the loan but they are sneaky crooks. read more

I was told by a manager that Title Max is doing this intentionally (online account says "server error: network error") just so customers can come into the office locations and pay rather than pay online. They don't care if you work after hours and certainly is not making it convenient for customers. DO NOT OFFER ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICES IF YOUR ONLINE FORUM NEVER WORKS in which you are aware of. read more

this place is the biggest rip off. I was fortunate enough to pay off my title loan and I got my title back. they did not make it easy. I paid back $18,000 on a $2,000 loan. they under no circumstances will work out any payment arrangement with you whatsoever. the best advice I can give anyone is to figure something else out if you really need money. going to this place is literally making a deal with the devil. read more

OMG-You have to pay to CHAT because NO ONE Answers the Phone at Corporate. This TITLEMAX is a FEE for Service company. It was the WORST desperate thing I have ever done. They stole my car after my info was stolen from them they do have a class action against them for this. They repo my vehicle last night caused damage to the vehicle and to my other vehicle parked next to it. Instead of them makeing it right they tried to blame someone they hired to repo it. They r all responsible for the damage. Police report is made and insurance company will be notified for the damages. My insurance is gonna have to find out what company they r with to get this resolved. If u need a loan I highly recommend going somewhere else. They also think y can't record then on the phone lol. Zero Stars! Not only is it shameful the fees they charge but I paid my loan off over a month ago and I still do not have my title back. Don't do it!!! Super Shady!! read more

PLEASE PLEASE use all other avenues besides Title Max. The fees are a complete rip off. Obtained a loan on 6/12/2021 for $3000.00 and was told that if I couldn't make the complete payment on 7/12/2021 easily apply for a renewal using the mobile app. Did so and paid $500.00 for the renewal. Went back online to pay off my balance and it's $3500.00. So basically I'm paying $1,000.00 in fees and was never told that the $500 previously paid would not be applied towards the loan. So I basically paid the company $500.00 for an extension of 2 weeks. Complete rip off and was never explained! read more

Very kind but a horrible loan idea even at your worst. You'll live in terror once the threats come in. The loan process is not like a normal finance of your car (large payment plus interest over a normal 5/10 months and it's paid off). You're paying large monthly payments with a balloon payment that only refinances your vehicle. There's no logical way to pay this off with comfort. You're only option is to lay the whole loan plus interest so every payment you've been making is basically pointless. I thought I was paying it in a timely manner each month and the balance never changes. You literally are paying the same loan over and over and over until they simply won't allow you. This was a horrible decision on my part. I own my car outright and it's like paying more than your livelihood to rebuy it. If you choose this route just really evaluate if this is your best route. It's a wicked cycle that you may never get out of and could lose your belongings in the process. I had funeral costs to cover and now this has made that even more traumatizing everyday. You'll find yourself trying to squeeze blood from a turnip to find your way out of it. Them being nice isn't worth your peace of mind. They are not flexible, I started receiving the texts and I've been communicating with them consistently but in the midst of grieving and working this fear is a nightmare. All I can do is pray God makes a way to satisfy this. I wouldn't do it! read more

Worst place to get a title they are friendly at first then get more and more rude. I sold my vehicle to pay off the loan that became extremely high. Instead of issuing me a refund cause the car was over paid they let the interest rise so that they could keep the money. That is bad business. They currently have my cars check sitting there but refuse to post it toy account until the entire amount gets used and I get no refund do not go here they are bad business. Lesson learned from them. read more

I specifically requested a loan payment date on Thursdays on my application as that's when I get paid. Instead, they based my payment off an old loan and I was set up for Wednesdays instead of confirming my current paycheck deposit days. Now they want me to call 2 days ahead before every payment is due so I don't get charged a late fee. They absolutely refused to change the due date stating that they cannot permanently change it! I waited on hold for 15 mins and I don't have time to call TitleMax every 2 weeks and wait on hold for 15 minutes plus 5-10 minutes talking to a representative just to tell them my payment will be a day late. They are the ones that messed up my pay dates, not me. Paying the loan off in 1 lump sum and I will not do business with TitleMax any longer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

These greedy pathetic low life's have completely ruined my life and caused me heartache. I got hit in an 8 car pile up back in february which alone caused me grief. As a result I could not continue at my job due to injury. Two weeks later they repoed my car. I didn't even have the chance to get it fixed because of them! So now I am car less, money less, and jobless until further notice. This repo has also completely screwed up any chance of me getting anything from the other peoples insurance from the accident. They don't care when they completely screw you! Update: I tried to call the customer service number as directed and no one was sympathetic. No one was willing to work with me so I could try to get my car back or replaced. I got completely screwed! These people are vultures. They don't care when they ruin someone's life and take away their ability to provide for themselves and their loved ones. I lost the best car I ever had due to their manipulative, sneaky employees. I was manipulated into taking more than I needed and now I have lost everything! read more

Pretty much a scam! I can see why they are in a class action law suit for predatory lending practices! Avoid at all costs! Especially this location. stop! Turn away immediately! They are literally robbing you legally. I don't even know how it is legal, but it is. I am being charged over double of what I actually borrowed. These people are disgusting and this place is disgusting. I am begging you don't do it! read more

Fast and friendly service. Will take care of all your needs and in a timely manner!!!

If you ask them how much the interest rate is they will tell you oh around 10 to 12%. What they don't mention is that is per month so the APR is more like 160%. That's usury rates! Why don't they just tell me that up front so they don't waste my time what a corrupt company. read more

I recently lost my brother after a horrible battle with cancer. A week after his death a payment reminder on his phone. Anthony got a loan against a 2005 SUV with over 200k miles on it. They could clearly see he was dying. But they hooked him. The SUV was all he had. The family has offered Title Max $500 and they say they won't take less than $1000. There is no consideration for our loss. The world is a cruel place and Title Max fits in it well. Warn all of your friends and loved ones about these predators. read more

This location is great. Look, obviously the interest rates will be high. A title loan is definitely not something you take out unless you absolutely need to. It is a SHORT TERM LOAN. You need to read the fine print and listen to them as they explain the payback terms. That being said, these people are not out to get you. It does not help them if you take out a loan that you can't pay back. I've worked with Michael multiple times and he is fantastic. Very helpful and he runs a great staff. He will tell you exactly what you need to know and make sure he does everything he can to help if you find yourself in a tough spot. Even with the high interest rates, if I needed the cash again, I'd absolutely go back. read more

Came in the store to just get my account reviewed at its 6 month stage. It took the home office staff over 50 minutes to just make sure that my vehicle was the same one as when I got my loan to start with. Crooked and unprofessional! I was late on my payments. I got repo I don't blame them they had a job to do. don't fall for this type of loan, these people are sharks! the intrest is outrageous! they have no sympathy for you if you happen to need more time to make a payment, even if there was a death in the family! they literally tell you to park your car at one of there locations until you can make a commitment! they got me once, but they won't ever get me twice!! i give them a negative zero! read more

Had a small loan for over 3 years. I would not have taken the if I had been verbally explained that every penny I pay on months payments? Was only interest payments. Hopefully, Texas will ban them as California recently did... read more

Golf links and Kolb tucson az. Been doing business at this location since 2015 and the people that r there now r beyond rude iv never had my car repo and this chick Veronica tried to hustle me today. I paid my debt and because I called to ask questions especially only being 12 days past due she said if I didn't pay the other 107.00 or 170.00 which I did that my car was up for repo with no notice or and calls about it. Only found out because I called to pay the rest. I also went there to collect papers for my bank to buy the loan and this crazy little girl told me I was wrong filled me to the door yelling at me to read the document that I signed. I told her that it does Cleary State that I would be informed of repo. Which I was not because she claimed In the contract they don't need to notify. Lol these people at this location r nuts.
