When I call the bank to speak to a person, I am put through the usual phone message hell of most businesses and then left on hold for 15 minutes or more. That means they are not hiring enough employees!! There are no bank tellers at the Kyle location, which is normally fine since we bank online or at the ATM, but if you need cash in increments of more than $20, you are out of luck! I really wanted to support a local community bank, but may be rethinking that decision.

These people are two faced liars. I applied for a title loan there and they asked for a bunch of…read morepersonal references. I gave them phone numbers of my landlord and a few relatives. They said they tried the numbers but got no response and therefore they could not give me a loan. Fine. I wasn't too happy about it but "it is what it is". Unfortunately, I forgot to get my driver's license back from them. I got a call from them later saying they had my license and that they would like to discuss the loan. When, I went there to get my license back, another lady that worked there told me they could process the loan and that all they needed from me was a working phone number. I decided to take them up on there offer and returned a few days later. This time the lady I had spoken to originally said that they still needed those references! When people apply for pay day/ title loans it is often for emergencies (medical or otherwise) You are not obligated to approve the loans, but don't play games with your customers!
