They said they tried the numbers but got no response and therefore they could not give me a loan. Fine. I wasn't too happy about it but "it is what it is". Unfortunately, I forgot to get my driver's license back from them. I got a call from them later saying they had my license and that they would like to discuss the loan. When, I went there to get my license back, another lady that worked there told me they could process the loan and that all they needed from me was a working phone number. I decided to take them up on there offer and returned a few days later. This time the lady I had spoken to originally said that they still needed those references! I ended up paying my balance off but tell me why they had the nerve to take out money from another card that was not authorized to take money out and not only once but twice. I called to complain and find out why and this not professional rude ass heifer whoever answered and was rude taking about first of all your account was closed what is the problem without understanding that my account was not authorized with that card. Not only she states to me she was going to hang up because I wasn't talking respectfully. They charge extremely extravagant, absurd fees to provide a loan through a 3rd party lender.
