Every year for the last 10 YEARS they call and ask for her. I have explained numerous times, that they have the wrong phone number and I've repeatedly asked them to remove my number. Today when they called, I calmly explained that I had already told her last year and the year before and the year before that and the year before that that I sold my house and I am not the person they are looking for, nor do I have a policy with them. And she actually hung up on me! So I called her back... I asked her to have the agent call me or I was going to put a negative review tonight. Well here it is because I never received that call back. I reached out via voicemail on 08/29 and again via email on 09/04 but never heard back. Finally I reached out on 09/10 in hopes that I could get his opinion on if I would not be able to obtain insurance without cutting down my trees, or if it was possible to get Texas Fair Plan coverage, but couldnt even get a response.
