There was even a confirmation call the day before with only a one hour window (not like the city or cable service) On the day of our appointment I got a call that the service tech was on the way, which gave me time to lock up the cats, etc. Rob showed up very friendly and professional on time and with tarps for the floor and (good) paper for the walls. I must say Rob took pride in his work. He was efficient but careful with the prep work which is the most important part of any job. And because of that it looks beautiful! He also did a proper clean up and clear instructions on what to do over the next few days. Again, friendly and professional. Total job took about 3 hours. Can you get someone to do it in half the time for a hundred bucks cheaper? Sure. But you wont get the quality of Bathtub King. They did the tub about 20 years prior and held up great, not like those "other" companies where you are lucky to get 5 years out of it.
