I tried to call my daughter multiple times to ask if she was already seen, but she would not pick up. Later she told me that they would not let her answer her phone (understandable, since she was being treated, but still). She also told me they were extremely busy and there was only one dentist working between rooms (btw, my daughter said the dentist apologized x the long wait). Anyways, so my daughter got the anesthesia shots, and the dentist went to work on someone else... by the time she came back to my daughter the anesthesia had almost wore out. I work in the medical field, and believe me, I get it when we are short staff... but at least let your front desk know to make sure they have the right information before they pass it on. Please do not over schedule patients if you don't have adequate staff. I rather you reschedule me than made me wait that long to get treated.

I had seen her earlier in the back office just standing there gossiping about her day with a technician when I was awaiting for the male D.D.S. to show up. Wow what a place ! I got three kids, and trust me, they ain't easy. Dentist trips used to be hell…read more- until now. Dr Chahine and his staff have made a fun, loving an environment where my kids feel safe and look FORWARD to going. Dr Chahine's dentistry knowledge is unmatched, he was able to asses and work on my kids very efficiently without dragging it out, something I appreciate with my knuckleheads. The facility is like brand spanking new , unlike the old creepy place we used to go to. Dr Chahine is young and energetic and will even do a dance for you if you ask (sorry Dr haha).
