One of the things that impressed me was that after Nathan came out to check on the completion of the job, he took it upon himself to have the drain pipes painted grey to match the rocks and then had the rocks glued onto the pipes so as to keep the rocks from moving while hiding the pipes. I have been trying to get my hardscape and landscape issues resolved with them for over 3 years. I had a tree die well before the one year warranty and my concrete hardscape work failed before a year. They make promises to work with the homeowner but never follow through and then quit responding all together. I would NEVER recommend them and if you choose to use them, get referrals and go look at long term projects that have been installed longer than a year.
