While they were good, I appreciated the more personalized service Jordan offers. He came out and prepared the estimate and then remained very flexible to dates and splitting the work into 2 separate jobs. We had him come out for 2 ASH TREES and a Walnut tree. He consulted with me during the entire process as to the health and over all beauty of the trees. I was really impressed that his time estimate for pruning each tree was almost exact! He will be coming back in the winter to finish our crab apple trees. His team was very polite and kind and fastidious about clean up. I sincerely appreciate his excellent service and look forward to seeing him again. If you are worried about snow damage that may happen this season, please call him and have him give you an estimate to protect your beautiful trees. PS: he also put us in his database to let us know when the EMERALD ADH BORER has migrated to our area! Thanks, Jordan!

I had reached to another company for tree removal as well as Alpine Tree and Shrub Care. Vincent reached out to me right away and then did a thorough site survey before giving me a quote, rather than try to estimate it over the phone. They came to our home to figure out our options for caring for the HUGE century-old tree that had developed a crack at the base of its twin trunks. When Joe informed me that the tree simply couldn't be saved and why, I told him I'd have to talk to my wife before making a decision about taking it down because she loves the tree so much. He spent the time to come back later when she was home to talk through again why it needed to come down. It was clear that he understood the tree was special to us and did not give any pressure about making a sale. The quote that he sent us was VERY reasonable for work that ended up being a 2-day process.
