Once upon a time, we had a rat problem. Been on and off for years...particularly bad the last few months. Guess the rats are trying to social distance themselves and are working from home....my home! They made a racket every other night or so around 2 in the morning...a real party was going on in the attic....none of the humans was getting any sleep. Tried a few companies who set traps....but never caught anything. One of the companies inspected the house perimeter but didn't see any issues. The problem persisted. Apparently, we were dealing with a highly intelligent sub-class of rodents who recognized the traps and avoided them. Then called Titan, Juan showed up and conducted himself professionally and did his job in a competent manner. First visit, he pointed out the obvious entry ways (like A/C line) which none of the other companies bothered to mention or address. Juan sealed the multiple entryways (including the A/C line) and set traps in the attic at strategic spots after his inspection of the attic. We were 90% sure that would do it. Yet that didn't work. On his second visit, we focused on entry into the attic from the roof and specifically, the portion of the attic where the majority of the noise emanated from...that's when Juan found 2 openings for the rats in a very awkward, tight corner of the attic. He sealed those up and cleaned up the area. Since then (2 weeks into this), all has been quiet. I have dealt with probably a dozen different "rat" companies over many, many years. Titan (so far) rates the best. We are sleeping again and will hopefully live happily ever after. read more

My wife and I were panicked a couple of weeks ago to awaken to the loud noises of multiple animals in the attic. Stunned by prices for the big-name firms, we found Titan on Yelp. They understood the urgency, and had someone here in 24 hours. They found a group of about 7 (!!) raccoons, set traps, helped us find and plug access points. And when an unexpected return occurred, owner Daniel was there in hours to make sure it got addressed. I recently purchased a property that had a rat problem. The insulation was destroyed as were the HVAC ducts. I had contacted Insulation Labs for the insulation and HVAC ducts and they had Titan Rodent and Pest Control take care of the rats. The service techs at Titan came out once per week for a month and half to deal with the issue. They would text me the day before to confirm the visit. They were on time, every time. During the process, I had to have some last minute construction done which ruined the work that Titan had completed. I don't know what it is about these other pest control "businesses" but I called around to other companies and one of three things happened: nobody answered the phone, the owner answered but was overbooked/would call me back, or I got connected to a person in a call center. This was not the case when I contacted Titan. A friendly person at Titan Rodent Control answered, scheduled an inspection, and now we're treating the problem. My house had roaches! I noticed a few, treated it myself, thought it was okay for a few days, but then I noticed tons of little baby cockroaches. Titan came out as soon as I called them, and they treated my kitchen and bathroom with something to kill the cockroach nests. Three days later, the only cockroaches I saw were dead on their back. For the past few months I've been battling a family of raccoons. I tried everything I could to seal the entrance to my crawl space but these raccoons kept finding a away in at nights and waking up the entire family.
