I have to give a big shout out to the tire plus crew. They're extremely professional and helpful. I went in for 4 new tires and they gave me the best quality and a great price. They were extremely patient because one of my tire locks wouldn't come off until I was able to find the right lock for it. I definitely plan on coming back here for their services, they took care of my car and they took care of me. Thank you for all your help and jokes that you had. If I could give less than one star, I would. I called the store and had an appointment for 4 PM on Sunday. I had a screw stuck in the side of my tire. The clerk said that they would go get the tire from another store and replace my tire. They overcharged me but I needed the tire that day two hours later they call me and said "we don't have the tire and everybody is closing now so can you come back tomorrow?" What? they've had my car for two hours - then a man changed his story and said a clerk from another store was bringing the tire. So I don't know which it is. somebody's lying. The clerk could've called the other store and ask to "hold the Tire, the customer will be come there". but they didn't. They could have gone and and got the tire themselves like they said they would and they would be back in 20 minutes. But they didn't; instead they let me wait there for TWO hours!!!! They asked me to come back. Of course I won't be back to that store ever and neither should you. They are not professional. Customer Service is Szczech! As I left, I realized they didn't even put air in the tire that needed it! So essentially they did nothing in the two hours and wasted my time. I would not go to this store. Everytime I have come in the people are very helpful and friendly. They made it hassle free and do a good work. However, there is one lady I spoke with on the phone who I believe the name is Luz, (don't know if that is her real name or not). Answered the phone aggressive and when I was nothing but respectful and kind was being passive aggressive for a mistake that was out of my control, she would cut me off when I tried to talk and made what could have been a one minute conversation (I asked if they simply could do an oil change on my non American car) into an argument over pettiness. She than proceeded to hang up the phone when I confronted her aggression towards me. The man who than answered the phone when I called back, Winston, was polite and helped with a yes or no question. I would rate this place a zero if i could. Took 2 hours to change a single tire. Everyone who came after me receved service. There was no acknowledgement of their inequities as I was told the single tire would take 30 minutes. Im never coming back to this place and you shouldnt pateonize this place either. So I made an 8am appointment to get an oil change because I couldn't get one nowhere else. I figured I'd give this location another try since it's been sometime. Ah what a mistake that was. I got there at about 7:45 for my appointment. The lady who helped me was super nice and friendly. At 8:24, a mechanic pulled my car around and pulled it in. A woman walked in looked at the manager who I believe was named Ryan and and a minute later I noticed that he pulled it back out. So I questioned the lady. She wasn't sure and unbeknownst to me she went and check why. Loved that she did that. Meanwhile I was waiting in line to ask the manager since he was back at the counter. The lady informed me that my car was next and when I asked why was it moved she pointed to the manager so I asked him. He said it was because she came in before me; mind you we were checking in at the same time. She may have come in before me but did she have an appointment? He said she did but I don't believe him because he didn't initially say that. Not to mention the mechanic wouldn't have grabbed mine if I wasn't rightfully next. So as I'm sitting there in the waiting area he's (Ryan) screaming at an employee "this how we do it at my shop. If you don't like it leave". Wow. I bet he gets manager of the year. Now that's another customer here that's been waiting and was here before decided to get up and question his car status. So during his conversation with Ryan, Ryan proceeds to say "ppl choose to wait but they don't like waiting. An hour passes and now they're frustrated. That's why it's better to drop it off". Like who's customer service training did he go through? The customer clearly told him he knew he'd have to wait because he didn't have an appointment but that he noticed other people leaving that didn't have an appointment and just wanted the status. So Ryan, should you read this. We don't mind waiting to ensure our cars aren't skipped; however appointments should be honored. It is currently 9:25AM and my car hasn't been taken inside. This was a lesson for me to make my appointments in a reasonable amount of time at the dealership; not to mention it is cheaper. read more

I absolutely hate this place, but because I bought my tires here, I have no choice but to get them fixed her (since they're covered) but cannot wait to buy tires from somewhere else. They lie about doing things stated on the receipt. I came in to get an alignment. I stayed outside the whole time and never saw my car go into the platform to get aligned. Then I get a call stating that my car was ready. I told the manager to please run my vehicle for the alignment to prove that my car wasn't aligned to begin with. Guess what? He apologized and stated he would talk to the associate who claimed to have done the alignment. So now I can't sit in the AC, I have to sweat and watch my vehicle like a hawk to confirm if work is being done or not. Cherry on top is, I come every week to get air in my tire. They refuse to just give me a new tire since it is under warranty, they can't find the puncture in the tire. I waste atleast 10 hours a month coming here. Do yourself a favor, go to the dealer, atleast you know the work you're overpaying for is getting done versus here. read more

Previously the employee has told me things such as my tire don't exist, a wheel lock wasn't found (which their employee found) & today they lied to my warranty company which made my company question things as it didn't make sense. I scheduled and appointment online for Sunday February 19th, picked out the tires and set my appointment for 9am. Got a call from tires plus to come in if I could a few days earlier but decided to stick to my appointment. During that convo I was told that they open at 8am and I could come in at that time prior to my appointment and would be seen. I arrived at 7:58 there were about 4 people ahead of me. After waiting in line I gave my info and was told the truck would be ready at the latest by about 10:30am by the guy who was at the service counter. Mind you...I dropped my truck off at 8:00 am it is now 12:18 pm and they are just starting with the tires. When speaking to the rep (Luz) who was adamant in telling me that my appointment was for 11am...which I told her it was for 9 am, to check the system and I came in an HR early. After looking at the account she realized she was just talking to cover her @$$ and saw that it was for 9am (no apology). She then tried to tell me that I needed to be patient....so my response was " 4 hrs later and they are just getting started with my car...how much more patient can I be?" The only response she could give was to look at me with the "whatever" look. When the guy Ryan is there it's always a great experience...when he isn't the service goes to crap. I come here because of Ryan despite the horrible reviews...but lesson learned. It's not 1:02 pm and I'm finally walking out...if you got all day to waste go here if not visit Tire Kingdom which is steps way...you've been warned. On a positive note..the tech I think his name was Altes or something like that..he put on my tires...he was the only one that spoke without condescending tone. This place is a rip off. Not only did I go in for a full synthetic oil change for my civic in March. It's been two months and I've been to the shop twice and they have been negligent and left my engine with oil half way through the dipstick. Not enough oil! They did an "inspection" in March saying everything was okay... Come end of April my fans stop working... okay now they want to charge $1100 to replace my fans. Rip off! They also never told me my cabin filter needed to be replaced. Found a better place which did a real full inspection without me having to ask! No diagnostic fee bologna. I brought my vehicle to the store at 11:00 am on 8-11-23 for a tire patch (nail removal) alignment and rotation. I have all of the requisite warranties--road hazard, balance and alignment. I returned at 6:30 pm only to learn that no progress was made. The management, (Lead by Nick) is beyond inept. After being promised that my vehicle would be the first repair job the following morning, I returned to establishment with no results, no explanation and no remorse. Pathetic. Ive been a customer of yours for over 5/6 years. I've been coming to your location #9870 here in Pembroke Pines fl. I am taking time out of my Sunday to share with the horrific customer experience I've had. I dropped my car off at 10am for a tire rotation and knowing I'd need to replace my two front tires. I was told by a lady name Luz that it would take 2-3 hours. I left my car there. The car took 6 hrs until I got a call that they were working on it and that I needed tires. She expressed how backed up they were at they closed at 5pm. I only got a call at 4:45 that they put my car up. Took her another 30 minutes to call me back with tire options. She advised how they were hurrying and would finish all the cars they had for the day. At 5:10 I was told it should take an hour. I come at 6pm to pick up my car. I am nice and sympathetic on how backed up they were. I pay I make a future appt for an oil change as a commitment to the location and help next time. I head home and as I pull into my house which is less than 5 miles away I find I was given the car with a bolt in it. I call they are still open and head back. She immediately blames me and says I ran something over. The fact is they were rushing to close and were short staffed and it could've happened here in the shop. For this to be her immediate response was beyond rude. This is not how any customer should be treated and the response. So now it's being patched up and I have to return back tomorrow. She accused me and made a scene in the store. So disgusting to hear her talking about it when I walk outside. Clearly this is upsetting and disappointing to be treated this way as a customer. I arrived with a flat tire. Was told that it would take 1 1/2 hours. After 2 hours I had not heard anything and my car had not moved. When I asked the response was it was an "estimate time" and they would need another hour. I understand that it takes time but 2 hours for a tire patch? And have you heard of the concept of under promise and over deliver??!?? Don't tell a customer 1 1/2 hours after they informed you they have an appointment to get to and then 2 hours later say it was just an estimate time frame. In that case you should say 2-3 hours estimate wait and surprise your client with being done sooner. And I could have rearranged my plans accordingly. I took my car to Tire Plus to replace a tire and rim, damaged by road hazardous conditions. I have a policy which provides full tire and rim coverage with no deducible. However, Tire Plus fraudulently charged my account $31.30 for taxes. While at Tire Plus I contacted my warranty company and they informed the manager (Mr. Rayan) that there was no detuciable on my policy and all charges including taxes are covered. I had my shocks replaced on my truck and after doing the job since I need it for work I did some searching on the parts they used to repair my truck and found out that they charged me 3 times over the cost of the exact same parts they used from any local auto part store. I wont complaint on the cost of labor since I am firm believer that services need to be paid. But when they take advantage of people by price gouging in the parts, that is not right. Tires Plus is sort of hit or miss. It depends on who is working there and what location you go to. I only get my tires rotated here because it's free for the life of the tires. However, they put up a fight almost each time and they really make it difficult to keep coming back. They try to charge me and I have to tell them (multiple times) that the rotation is free. I even found out that one location wasn't rotating the tires at all. Since I didn't pay anything, I told the manager and he said that he would look into it. Look into what? The fact that you are scamming your customers? I have not gone back to that location. Some of the employees are down right mean and don't care about their customers at all. I did find one manager (at another location) who was actually pretty good and told me a lot of new information about my tires. He showed me basically what I need to know and told me to always mark the tires or have some way to find out if they were rotated. However, I have not seen that manager in a long time. I'm guessing his honesty and integrity either got him transferred or let go. As long as I still have these tires, I will try to get them rotated for free. But as soon as I need new ones, I'll go somewhere else. read more

So I bought two Firestone brand front tires from this place. I noticed after I left while I was driving on the I-95 that my car started to shake violently once I hit around 50 mph. So came back about two days later informing the manager that the tires they put on my car were defective and were shaking my car at 50 mph. So they re- balanced the tires, but I continued to have the same problem. When I came back the second time the manager tried to convince me I needed " unnecessary work on my car". This guy tried to make me replace my ball joints, tie rod ends, even my lower control arm. I could not stop laughing, I am no mechanic, but I have worked on my car myself and I do have general auto mechanic knowledge. When I refused the " unnecessary work on my car", this dude said he would only change the tires, if I took my tires to Firestone and paid them to do some kind of test on the tires lol. I was like why would I do that, I bought the tires from you? So I am like, my car was not shaking until you put on these tires. I watched you put on the tires, so I know you did not sabotage my car. But after you put these tires on my car, my car is shaking violently when I hit 50 Mph. To make a long story short what Tires Plus does is buy tires that did not pass some or all of the test's that Firestone, Hankook , Michelin etc place on their tires. The tires that do not pass, the manufacturers do not sell in their locations, they sell them to places like Tires Plus, who then sell these inferior and/or defective tires to you. What I ended up doing is rotating the shaking tires from the front onto the back, they still shook, but at least it was in the back and not the front. When you rotate the tires to the back after about a month or so driving, the warp and unevenness of the tire becomes streamlined so there is no more shaking. Then I put the tires back on the front. After I realized how places like Tires Plus gets their tires for resale to the public, I now go to Walmart to buy my tires. Walmart does not have any unnecessary fee's to haggle with, just balancing, tire disposal fee and tax. Walmart tires are excellent and have passed all manufacturers tests. Scammer!!!! Beware! This place does not understand the concept of appointments. This is my second appointment. I rescheduled the first one after I was told the wait time was 3 hours before my vehicle would even been brought in. I should of known then not to return here. I made an appointment for a week later for 10am. I arrived early and was told the service would take 2.5-3 hours. I left my car and returned 3 hours later for them to tell me they haven't even touched my car yet. I had to leave because like most people I had other things to do. I returned 2 hours later (about 3pm) to speak with a manager and he insisted they can service my vehicle immediately and it would take less than an hour. At 5pm I was told I would have to wait another 30 mins for the alignment machine to become available however all other services requested (tire repair, tire rotation, tire balance, and oil change) were completed. After waiting about 10 mins I told the store attendant I could not wait any longer and I wanted to just pay for the services provided. When they brought out my car I notice the same low pressure tire was in the same spot on my vehicle. When I went to pay I was told they did a tire repair balance and a tire rotation which was clearly not true. The store attendant was very rude when I brought this to her attention. They tried to charge me for a service they did not complete. When I got inside my vehicle I also noticed all my lights were still on on the dashboard so now I do not believe they completed any service on my vehicle and were attempting to charge me for completing absolutely nothing. The check engine light came on on my car, went there to get and oil change and asked them to check the problem, after almost $1000 repairs the light crane back on two days later, I went back and they told me the problem was something else and of course was going to cost me more money, long story short, went to a different place and it turned out to be the gas cap, it was a $50 fix. read more
