I had one of these mornings. I needed to clean out the car so a friend could take it to the airport because I had to work and couldnt take her like I promised. Got in the car, thump, thump.. huge nut in the wheel. Took it to another place, was ignored. Went to Tires Plus, Steve Corlew saw me stressed out. I said I need this tire plugged, he explained they only patch. He yelled for a guy to start the work on the car, I paid Steve (only $24.99!!) and was on my way in less than 15 minutes. While their selection of tires is fine and their pricing is competitive, the customer service at Tires Plus is deficient. It's never a good policy to promise what one cannot deliver on, notably 24 hours later. The professional courtesy of a telephone call to update me in this matter would've been helpful but in this case it was conspicuously absent. Overall, my experience with this business is a poor one and I would not recommend Tires Plus to another. George read more

I called and said I had a nail in my tire. They were very friendly and made me an appointment the next morning. Showed up, again very friendly. They repaired the tire in like 30 minutes and honored my tire warranty so I didn't have to pay anything. I trust these guys and will keep going there :) read more

Good prices on tires, better than several others I checked with. But watch you wallet after that. They will try and sell you all kinds of services you don't need. Every customer that walked in, they told them they needed a front end alignment. Come on! I had just had my car checked out at the dealer, complimentary service. They found no problems. Tires Plus told me I needed $500 worth of work. Got the tires and left. Might go back for tires, but certainly would not trust these guys to do ANY service work. Also, bring a good book, these guys are slower than molasses. read more

the extra line items on the invoice seem a bit steep. they got an extra $100.00 on 2 tires with all the extra expenses. Bait you with the special price on the tire and you take the hook. also, Paul said they would move the back tires to front and put new ones on the back. Not done...Out of time, no one has enough time anymore so do what you say your gonna do! read more

Been going there since I moved here 3 years ago, and they have always done a great job, and when things don't go as planned, they always do the right thing. Case in point this morning when I had a scheduled oil change appointment at 10 am. Something went amiss on their end, and they had to send out for an oil filter for my car because they did not have any in house. Needless to say, the oil filter did not arrive until 11:30 ish, and I was not happy! They finished the job, and although I did not ask for ANYTHING, Paul ( manager who runs the place) said that the oil change was free because of the inordinate amount of wasted time I had to endure. He actually said he was embarrassed!!!! Obviously Paul knows his job, and he knows how to keep customers. He simply did the right thing!!!! Put four new tires in September and went back six months later because one was worn. I was told by the manager Paul that the new tires I bought for my S 500 Mercedes didn't have any warranty. When I first went to the store in September I requested four Michelin tires which are recommended by Mercedes. I was pursued by the sales person to purchase Bridgestone instead because they are better. When asked if they are the same as Michelin I was told that they are of a higher quality. Trusting the words of a professional I agreed with purchasing the Bridgestone's. Big mistake. The manager Paul was trying to make it look like it's my fault even suggesting that I was probably burning tires in some parking lot. I called tires plus headquarters twice and nobody ever called me back for the solution. For the last few years I was taking all my three cars there and it's safe to say they'll never go back. I went in to Tires Plus because I really needed to get my tire checked. I had had a flat the day before and needed it fixed right away. I only went here because they were the only ones in the area with an appointment free at the time I needed but I figured it would be fine because it was just a flat fix. I went in and they told me it was going to be about an hour and a half to wait which was fine because they were super busy so I understood. When they finally got around to my car the man looking at it came out to me and said that there was nothing wrong with my tire. I told him that it was definitely flat and that it was the back drivers side, correct? He then preceded to tell me that he thought it was the front tire not the back which I clearly told the man when I checked in which tire it was. Clearly they have bad communication. Finally they told me that I did have a flat and they were fixing it now. Finally, after almost waiting two hours, they said that my car was done. (Apparently it also needed a new battery) So I paid and left only slightly upset with the wait but it wasn't too bad. It was after I left, I was only down the road a few yards, when my car started making a grinding noise and then very suddenly made a loud noise and dropped severely down on the drivers side. I thought a tire had blown or something had fallen off. (At this point I was driving in the middle lane on 41 which if you live here you know people speed on) Of course I panicked and didn't want to be stuck in the middle of the road so I turned to pull off to the side of the road. There were cars all around me at this point and when I went to turn I almost got hit my several cars who honked and swerved violently to miss me. This preceded to panic me more. I finally got to the side and had to sit for a minute because I had nearly avoided an accident. I got out of the car to look at the tires but they were fine and I know nothing about cars so I had no idea what was wrong. I called Tires Plus and told them what happened because clearly they did something wrong. I was not far from them and I could still see the sign so they said they would send someone over to look at it. (At this point it was 8:00pm and very dark) I could only stand there on the side of the road freaking out, I was shaking and on the verge of tears because I had almost gotten killed. Finally a guy shows up and finds out that they never tightened the lug nuts on my front tire!! I couldn't believe that they were so careless! What would have happened if my tire had flown off? Or if I had actually gotten hit by a car? They are lucky nothing worse happened. It took almost 45min for them to find new lug nuts, and get a guy over with a jack to put them back on. They were very apologetic but I don't care! Their carelessness could have cost a life. Sorry for the rant but it needed to be said. read more

I made an on-line appointment where they guarantee the tires would be done in 59 minutes or you get $59 off and a free oil change. I was visiting out of town and dropped my family off at a near by mall on my was to Tires Plus. I got there and the place was very busy. After an hour my car still was not in the shop. A bay opened up after about an hour and 10 minutes of waiting. The car was done in less than 20 minutes. I went to check out and mentioned I had an appointment. The manager apologized and deducted the $59 as promised. They were friendly and quick once they got to my car. read more
