This post would get 5 stars if it were based on my excellent experience with JON. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. However, PETER the Manager was VERY RUDE and because of his attitude, I will never return. I mentioned that the windshield wipers they were selling were 1/2 the price at Walmart, Peter told me to go buy them there then and asked Jon twice if I had an appointment out loud for everyone to hear. I responded that I was forced to get my service there as a RETURNING CUSTOMER because the battery I purchased from there was only 1 and 1/2 years old and dead so the warranty replacement battery had to come from them. I bought the windshield wipers and replaced my battery from Jon because he was helpful, but I told Peter he was rude to his customers. Worst Manager I have dealt with ever! read more

If you are thinking of coming to this place and want to wait for hours and hours this is the right place I left my car at 10:00 am with an appointment and it was ready at closing time I left it there and picked it up the next day say if you want to give money too this is the right place I never asked for a check-up and I had an extra charge for something I didn't ask for I used my card to pay I haven't done that for a long time and I thought why not I keep it active I tried to make the payment on the app and it was never in service during the time I tried to pay I called and their service was the same long time on hold and well what I didn't want after trying to pay my bill it turns out I was late by a day almost 50 dollars I called and called and finally someone answered and their policy is no refund for late payments when their payment services both by phone and in apps are terrible I paid almost all of my debt to see if they would return my money and then I wanted to pay the rest and it turns out you can only make one payment per cycle well I think their revolving interest is clearly explained Because you can only make a good payment goodbye to this company, even if I have to go to another place further away it will be much better than giving money to this company. read more

I made an appointment on Thursday to have one tired installed on Monday . They said they would order the tire and it would arrive in one day . Monday I arrived for my appointment and was advised they showed two tires in stock but could not locate them . I was further advised it would take an hour to go pick up the tire. My time is valuable. No one has the time for incompetence. Tires are extremely expensive and no one needs the extra added stress. Do better for your customers and treat them as you would want to be treated. read more

We have taken multiple vehicles here for a few years now. After taking advantage of our son recently, we will not be back. They lied to us regarding parts needing replaced or others not really needing replaced. We called them out and they tried to give some b.s. story instead of taking responsibility. Furthermore, I noticed they charged more for the back braking system on a car 1 year older than a truck we did both the front and back braking system on. I reached out to customer service and was hung up on twice. Next, after speaking with a 3rd customer service associate, she took down notes and said someone would get back to me, and they never did. Good thing I screenshotted the entire message for reference. Finally, we paid to do an entire inspection, they didn't even provide information on why the engine light was on when we took it in, never offered to repair it and it's still on. My husband was there today and got to work with Paul. He got an oil change and had the AIC fixed. Paul was professional , courteous and apparently really funny (according to my husband) because some sort of animal had been living in my mother in laws car that she rarely drives judging by the acorns and the bite out of the air filter. We kind of guessed she never drove the car but Paul pretty much confirmed it, even though she claimed she drove constantly. And we were so glad we have new place to go with competent people like Paul so we don't have to deal with Obrien ever again. So glad to find this place will definitely go back. read more

Fraudsters, stay away My car brakes were making a squealing noise when I reversed in the morning. I took the car to Tires Plus to get it checked out. They have a big sign on the window which says "free break checks". I had taken two vehicles to them for oil changes previously. I dropped the car off. They called me three hours later to tell me my front brakes are down to 1mm and need to be changed ($550). It was late in the day so I went to pick up the car. They said I owe $23 for the brake inspection. I said the sign says free, but didn't want to argue over $23 so I paid. I could still see the brake pads on the front without taking the wheels off so I was suspicious. I went to Midas to get a second opinion. They check the brakes for free. They charged me nothing. They showed me there is still 10mm on the brake pads and said the squeal in mornings is probably just some rust build up from overnight condensation. They said everything looks fine, no services recommended at this time. Shame on Tires Plus for this kind of behavior. read more

I requested service for my vehicle that included a free brake fluid check. Todd was my service advisor and recommended the multipoint check, I recently had the vehicle at the dealership who wanted close to $300 for the brake change. Arrived on time for drop off and was told 2 hours maximum to complete the job by M-- at intake. Called him at noon. Car still not ready. Said it absolutely would be done by 1pm and shop would call me as soon as done. No call. Arrived at the shop at 2:45pm. Still not done. Making me late for other commitments. "It's done ... we just have to tighten." Not a lot of confidence that they did a good job or even completed all requested work. Will take to one of the many competitors, next time. Too bad. Four and a half hours for two tires in inexcusable. I have had to come back a separate time just so they have time to do the alignment! They swore up and down that it will be in within five minutes upon arrival. I've been respectful enough to show up on time for my appointment, but after 40 min it still is not in. There has been ZERO attempt to do anything to make up for their many failures. Will never ever come back, I will make sure all friends know this location is absolutely unorganized and unprofessional. EDITED TO ADD: alignment was not done correctly, now have to take it elsewhere. Other than a full refund, I doubt there is much "management" can do. Took my car for a flat tire repair. They said they didn't have techs available so I gladly made an appointment for the following day. Put some air to my tire and came back the following morning. I waited for over an hour and they told me you are good to go, didn't even charge me. I was surprised at the excellent service. Well, turned out they didn't charge me because they didn't even bother to look for the problem. Going back home my tire was totally flat. I called and told them I was stranded on the road with a totally flat tire. They simply said "bring it back". So, after I waited for them for over an hour they wanted me to put my spare tire and come back to them? No Thank you. Now I have a $230 bill for a new tire because it got damaged while I was driving with the flat tire trying to find where to park and replace it with the spare one. Terrible place. read more

After getting a nail in a tire we called to make an appointment for the next day to get it fixed. We arrived for the appt on time and were informed they wouldn't even be able to look at it for 45 mins (If you're too busy, guys, don't make the appt in the first place). Even tho we had an appt we let it slide and went next door for lunch. After lunch, an hour later, we went back to check on the progress. We were told they could look at it IN 2 HOURS!!! This store has zero respect for the value of your time. If your time has no value to you, and you don't mind making an appointment to wait 3+ hours to simply get a tire fixed, this is your kinda place. We value our time, so we got the keys and left before wasting more of it. ZERO STARS for completely wasting our time, lame excuses about being too busy, and 'meh, don't need your business' attitude. I will never take my car here again. The tires plus in south naples is great. To sum up my experience I had a 9 o'clock appointment for a tire that I was already told could be patched by BMW. They tried to con me into applying for a "VIP" account that turns out is just a credit card. Then my car sat in the parking lot for over an hour until the took it back. Finally at 1040 they tell me they can't patch the tire because the tread is too low. Totally a lie. But that they could sell me two new tires for the sale price of $450! Had they told me that I would've left immediately. Instead they screwed me out of two hours of my life and then denied service. Watch out for these guys. read more

I say this because if I have a male relative with me, the staff tends to not try to take advantage of my wallet. I want to make it clear that the staff was friendly and they did a good job first!!! I made it clear in the phone call that I'm pinching pennies and can only get a new tire even though I REALLY needed two tires and an alignment. Nick, the man I spoke with was very friendly and said he will get the cost to around $89 for a tire and I made my appt. for 4 that day. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a very friendly and upbeat employee that checked me in- won't say his name. We then went out to my car and he told me I should get more than just the one tire. I knew this but politely declined. I went as far as telling the man I literally only had $150 to my name until I get my next paycheck the following week! I had no shame letting him know my financial situation plus I figured it would save a lot of time. Once we got back inside at the counter, he asked me if I wanted to apply for the tires plus credit card, all I need to do is make a minimum purchase of $150! (Ironically) now even though this man was basically asking me to hand over my last penny and left with nothing for a week just to get this tires plus card, I politely declined, again. I know that this is part of his job. Now this is when I start to get irritated. He asked me at least 2 more times and even tried negotiating just so I can apply for this card and benefit him somehow. I eventually got to the point where I was noticeably mad and just ready to go. I had already threw my financial business out there and even my credit information just to prove I didn't qualify so he would get the point. I shouldn't have been pushed to that point. Once it was time to pay, he asked me if I wanted to round up my dollar to donate. The answer was no... look, I worked in sales and customer service for years and I know every customer is different. What works for one isn't going to work for the other. Being a pest won't help your sale. If a customer says "no thank you"please just be respectful and move on. I had every intention of returning the next Friday to get the rest of my car fixed but after that, you can forget it! He even had the nerve to tell me if I would pay for my car repairs as they come, I wouldn't have to pay so much now. Please don't tell me how to spend my money. It's insulting especially because you don't know anything about my financial situation. What happened to the former management and crew? I've lived in Naples 18+ yrs, and grew to trust this shop with my previous Toyota. Have made it a point to recommend it to many people. About the time I bought a different new/used Toyota, noticed different people there. Still seemed ok. Then my LAST, recent, trip in for tires rotated, and timing belt water pump thing, I was out my vehicle two full days. Got an insistent phone call from BRENT (yeah, I am the lady you knocked a cup of hot coffee down the front of, and I just laughed/made jokes on myself about it) telling me my Highlander desperately need yet over $2,000 more done to it...shocks and struts. He insisted. I said no. He was snotty and HUFFY at me about it....very huffy. He was nasty to me when I went to pay over $1,300 for work done. Even more huffed when I allowed him to put only the minimum $249 on my new account with TIRES PLUS so I'd get % off. The rest on my personal card. Just out of curiosity, I priced my vehicle for that exact total suspension work at three other shops. The next day. Half the quote from the others, and they all checked my SUV out. All three said my shocks and struts were perfectly fine. Maybe in another 30,000 more miles or more might possibly be needed. By no means now. The last place asked me who had told me I needed that. I told him the guy right next door. (I was at Tire Kingdom.) They rip off women, but they'll rip off you guys, too. I am highly perturbed. Glad I'm moving!! Robert at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The manger Paul saw that I was looking to get accommodated for the recent purchase and was able to lower my cost. January 2019, I brought my car to 4900 Tamiami Trail location for brake service and was told I needed rotors and pads . Several weeks later the Pulsating returned. Last week I had BRAND NEW ROTORS PUT IN, by a very reputable technician that put them in stated that the rotors that were installed were NOT NEW . On my invoice they put in Brake Rotor no mention of them being new. They did nothing or they re machined them. I called Tires Plus and asked how long should rotors last and I received "Somewhere between 2,000 and 100,000 miles". Total highway miles mostly on the interstate 9,000 miles were on these so called BRAKE ROTOR.. If you do business with them make sure you understand fully whether the components are NEW OR REFURBISHED.. If refurbished be prepared to POSSIBLY have the SAME type of longevity that I have endured. I never posted a review before on Yelp and I Hope this will save future customers stress and aggrevation. read more
