My elderly father went to Tires Plus to get his tire checked after running over a bolt. The "OPEN" sign was on, so he pulled in and politely asked if someone could help him put air in the tire. Despite the fact that they still had 10 minutes until closing, he was told they couldn't assist him. He then had to park and wait for help in a parking lot across the street where two kind people came by to help him. I will not be using Tires Plus again!!! read more

LOL i told him it doesnt matter tell me price for both. He then says it does matter I need to know this. I said just tell me the price for both. He hangs up on me. I was told it would take 20 minutes to get my tire replaced. Not even mounted on my car. Just replaced. I walked up about 30 minutes after they "started" working on my tire and asked how much longer they thought it would take. I was told "oh sh*t! Sorry, My ADHD is bad." I have been here for an hour and a half now. I'm starting to get a bit aggravated at this point. I went up to ask again, but they said that they haven't found the replacement tire yet! I went in for TWO tires !! Two tires. And before going to them I KNEW one of headlights had electrical issues.. NOT both of them. They mentioned it with the expectation to get more money from me, I told them I knew. SUDDENLY, NEITHER of my headlights work UNLESS on bright and this was AFTER leaving their place that evening. I went for an oil change and filters replaced within leas then a day had My oil light come on and went back and they stated that it was low on oil added oil over the next few weeks I was back and again the oil was low they checked it ect... finally I had enough and took it to the dealer as it was burning oil and went to the dealer to only find out they had put the wrong oil filter on the car. The customer service was awful as uou wait hours and they just are socializing about their personal life I have been using Firestone and tires plus for years and now I will never return and turning in my credit card as they insist you get Btw my car is on the new end and now we are hoping there's no internal damage read more

A situation happened where I was told that I needed a certain service, but after Jim addressing the situation he confirmed that the service was not needed and apologized for the inconvenience even providing a free oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change several days prior but it still took them over 2 hours to complete the job. I showed them the quote/coupon when I arrived for the $29.99 oil change which includes a new oil filter, 5 quarts of oil and no labor costs on invoices under $35.00 At the end of 2 hours, when presented with the invoice, they had charged me the full price of an oil change, charged for an oil filter and also charged me a labor fee on the service. The service manager corrected the invoice by giving me the $29.99 service after all but would not remove the charge for the oil filter or labor fee. By jacking up the invoice amount, he was able to charge labor costs. The service manager said he could not help me any further because the rules, software and business practices are put in place by Bridgestone. I know the charges can be looked at as minor but I went away from there feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I have since called 2 other businesses in the same area and neither of them charge a "labor fee" for an oil change. That is normally built into the oil change service. I have had problems in the past with the manager. They had over tightened my oil plug and stripped it. The manager told me that they would give me an oil change. I told him if he takes it off he won't be able to get it on he goes in that would be my fault. So I called corporate and corporate came down and gave me a new oil pan. I went back in a couple weeks ago to get two front tires and he denied my service. He said it was unethical to put two brand new tires on my car because there was a 16 inch rim on the vehicle. I know he was not going to touch the 16 inch rim only two brand new front tires. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years I am no longer going to do business with them. read more

Their price was good but they told me it would be a few minutes until they get to it. 3 hours later while I'm still there waiting they finally pull my truck in and then it takes them about another 1.5-2 hours to actually swap my tires. Needed an oil change and while I was there they recommended new tires. I wasn't sure I needed them so the gentleman at the counter was kind enough to actually take me back and show me my car on the lift and yes, I did need new tires.
