Our car got a flat tire about 5 miles from Flourtown Tires Plus. We called to arrange a tow through Tires Plus the next morning. They gave us an arrival time of 10:43am. They didn't show so by 11:10 we called back & were given an arrival time of 12 noon. By 12:30 they still hadn't arrived, called again. They said 5 min more. To make a long story short we waited 3 hours & no tow truck ever came, we then called & cancelled. We can't even rate tire service since we were never able to get our car there. read more

I was worried about all of the negative reviews, but I chose this location because it was the only one nearby that had the tires I wanted. As it turns out, they treated me great and everything went well. I'm very happy with my new tires. Drew was really nice and even saved me a couple bucks as the price in their system was lower than the online quote. He did not try to sell me anything and they performed a free alignment check which turned out perfect, so that's another way they didn't try anything funny. Maybe different employees or managers try different things, and sometimes have different opinions of what kind of work is required. But I gave this location and its personnel a thumbs up. read more

Love the staff at tires plus. Have always treated me fairly and given me great service. When they could not readily find the leak in my tire, told me to bring it back if my light came back on. Took it back and they found the leak and fixed it at no charge. Keep up the great service. read more

They took way to long to assess an emergency flat tire. If my tire was not completely flat and there proximity to where I got the flat. I would have gone somewhere else. They also cost to much and had bad service. We had to be the ones to continually communicate to see the progression of what was taking place. read more

Saw a nice deal online for new tires, never been there before so i decided to get my tires here. Had a 8:00am appointment today to have 4 brand new tires installed on my 2003 dodge neon. I was there on time and they told me that it'll be done in an hour so i waited for them to finish. As im waiting, a few other people come in for their appointments for getting new tires installed and they get their car back within the hour slot. It took them about 2 hours to get the tires installed, when my car was done one of the employees began ringing me up. He told me that my car needed an alignment pretty badly because my car seemed to be leaning more to the back of the car. He insisted that the new tires would wear off very fast if i didnt get the alignment so he recommend me to pay them $84 for them to fix that. The only problem with that is that I bought my car less then a week ago and had 2 seperate mechanics look at the car inside and out and even though I bought a used car there was no need for mechanical repairs or any alignments what so ever to my car. The last time it was checked was 2 days ago, so i told them that it's not possible and that i don't want to pay for an alignment when it took them already 2 hours just to put my 4 new tires on. When I told him this he kept persisting me to getting the alignment done, I kept telling him no. So when he finally let go of his attempt to persuade me into getting the alignment, he called over a mechcanic who was working on my car and he came into the room where i was being checked out. He seemed to not like the fact that i didnt want to pay for an alignment and pretty much said that my car was a crappy car and that I sucked and was very stupid for being the owner of the car and that if i wanted to try and make it suck less that i should pay for the alignment and stop wasting his time. After all that i finally got my keys to my car and i look at my tires, tires looked good but all my alloy rims looked so dirty and gross. I had to clean them as soon as I got home. Look it's honestly not worth dealing with them, maybe not all Tire Plus stores but the Flourtown shop is just horrible. I had one of the worst experiences there and plan on never doing business with them ever again!! read more

Super helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and printed out the state safety inspection guidelines so I could follow up on a failed inspection at another company. I'll trust this team with my car again. read more

They smashed up my car when I brought it in. It was severely damaged and only a lot of yelling and screaming did any good to get them to treat me fairly. My car may never be the same. I do not believe this was an isolated event. The facility is way too small with only one street entrance. read more

Zero Stars!!! Just spent 2 hours sitting in the waiting room after they told me if i brought my car in at 8 am for a flat tire it wouldn't be long when i called to set up appointment i explained how i needed to get to work and if it was going to be long i would get a ride and come back. At 9:00 i asked the gentleman Drew how much longer and he tells me at that point that i would need a new tire after waiting over an hour not 1 apology or 1 sorry for your inconvenience . after leaving there at 10:00 i pull away and here banging in my middle seat they never put the cover back over my spare tire that was put back i turned around and went back the guy comes out says oh puts it back and says 'Voila" and walks away again no apology and no sorry for your inconvenience. I will never return back and its a shame because it is so convenient for me.!!!!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more
