They take the time to explain you different tire options, speed ratings, tread types etc. Not only did they not try to up sell me, but they told me about a near identical tire that was on sale and saved me a lot of money over just replacing with the same tires that I had. They also did not try to sell my any extra services, and just explained services they would be happy to do for me, but were not urgent. I went to the shop with an alternator that needed to be replaced, and also a battery that was fried due to the alternator. All of which they told me upon evaluation. When I had called weeks prior I had thought it was battery issue which was shortly resolved. Cue weeks later, I call again after realizing it was an alternator and John, the man who had assisted me throughout this entire experience, had remembered all of the details! I had my car dropped off on a Friday night and by Saturday afternoon it was already done . This time also takes into account that during the Saturday they allowed me to take my fried battery and get it replaced with a new one because I had a warranty on it, so that I didn't have to pay for another battery , they were very willing to work with me.
