I received nothing short of excellent service here! In summary this shop was extremely personable,…read morespeedy and helpful. I went to the shop with an alternator that needed to be replaced, and also a battery that was fried due to the alternator. All of which they told me upon evaluation. When I had called weeks prior I had thought it was battery issue which was shortly resolved. Cue weeks later, I call again after realizing it was an alternator and John, the man who had assisted me throughout this entire experience, had remembered all of the details! I had my car dropped off on a Friday night and by Saturday afternoon it was already done . This time also takes into account that during the Saturday they allowed me to take my fried battery and get it replaced with a new one because I had a warranty on it, so that I didn't have to pay for another battery , they were very willing to work with me. The entire experience was very positive, especially considering their patience and helpfulness, as they even gave me tips on other aspects of my vehicle that had potential issues, and gave it a test run to insure it was safe! I certainly recommend this shop for car issues, and I will definitely be taking my car back for any future needs!
