7-8-2026 Took my car in to get front bearings replaced. Was told it would take 3 hours so I went home and waited for them to call me.. it took them 5 hours to complete.. I go back to get my car the MANAGER give me the keys.. I get in my car to leave and the ABS, TIRE PRESSURE, TRANSMISSION LIGHT was on.. I go back inside to ask and the MANAGER says ""OH YEA"" the TECHNICIAN BROKE your SENSOR... What you'll wasn't going to tell me.. not to mention that the TRANSMISSION LIGHT is on and the TECHNICIAN is saying that it was on when he pulled my vehicle into the shop.. 7-9-2026 I go into the shop to see if the part came in and to ask about the TRANSMISSION LIGHT that is on that wasn't on before I went to the shop.. the TECHNICIAN keep saying that the TRANSMISSION LIGHT was already on... 7-10-2026 I go back in to get the NEW SENSOR.. don't forget that the TECHNICIAN BROKE the SENSOR.. The TECHNICIAN replaced the SENSOR.. as I'm leaving out the ABS, TIRE PRESSURE and TRANSMISSION LIGHT is on.. I go back inside to ask and the TECHNICIAN comes and hook the machine up and test it... Turn out that they ORDERED the WRONG PART.. not to mention that the TECHNICIAN installed the WRONG SENSOR.. now I got to wait another day for the right SENSOR to be delivered.. I had my power steering pump replaced and all was well but it ended up being a faulty part and failed about a year later (it happens and wasn't anyone's fault). They got me a replacement part at no cost same day since it was and worked with me to have it replaced at the lowest cost possible. I made a huge mistake by trusting them. They told me I need replacement parts that I didn't need, "forgot?" to replace the thermostat after these replacements, which likely caused a crack in my radiator. I was moving across country so I trusted them to fix up my car. Put $2000 into my car this summer, and my new mechanic in Missouri told me they too advantage of my trust and ignorance. Set a appointment to have a oil change, tire rotation, and a wheel alignment. Came early for the appointment only to be told it's gonna be at least a hour or two to do the wheel alignment. The employees are told to up sell the customers. They came and told me I needed spark plugs.( First off why are you looking at stuff that has nothing to do with the service I'd pay for, also they lie because when I produced paperwork showing I just had my plugs changed when I had tune up.) I don't feel that the customers come first, they try and take advantage because they don't think the average person knows anything about there car. My daughter came in for an alignment about two months ago, paid 90 dollars and left with no service performed. The whole suspension system was messed up and they didn't even tell her. Several key parts that are essential to perform an alignment were not even touched or looked at. A friend of mine (daughters boyfriend) needed brakes. They quoted hime $980. They dropped it to $840 after the sticker shock. He approved it without calling me. I looked up the parts on Advanced. Gold standard parts were $300 for all 4 wheels. So what's with the extra $540? (even though they get their parts wholesale). Labor? Nope $125. Well, that's "lifetime warranty" I was told. Being here for an internship and not knowing the area, I had to trust the online reviews for finding a place to get my car checked out when there was a small noise. I called them, and they were able to fit me in the next day even though they were fully booked so I took it over and they checked it out. After waiting a half hour I was told that the entire brake system was rusted through and needed to be replaced. I knew this was complete crap. It had just been replaced in July, so it hadn't even been through a full winter up north which they said was most likely the cause of such a horrible rust problem. They saw a small college girl and thought they could get a quick $1400 which is what they told me it would cost to fix the problem. However, just to be sure that I wasn't misremembering what work is been done on my car, I called my boyfriend. It was his brother who is the mechanic that took care of the car for me. He is very protective of me and wanted to make sure that it was fully functional before I took it 12 hours away from home. His brother immediately told me to get out of that shop because they were trying to rip me off completely. There was not a single thing wrong with the part that they had told me was completely rusted through. He had literally just checked before I left. Never coming back here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone who does not look like they would know cars. They will try to rip you off read more

We called in to get an oil change around 9am on Friday and the guy said he could fit us in if we got there right away so we took him up on it and drove over. He said it wouldn't take long, and we told him we needed to get out of town by 10:30, we figured we'd have plenty of time. We waited for two hours. For an oil change. Probably not going back. My husband and I both had oil changes, tire rotation, balance, and an alignment on our vehicles. Not only did we have to take one vehicle back because the tire pressure was ridiculously off, but they suggested $800+ in repairs recommended for my car. The kicker with that, is all it needed power steering fluid and air in the tires which was never mentioned in their "professional" opinion, and NOT provided in the crap service we received. This location is a JOKE and I'm pretty sure a one armed, blind, dim wit could do better. Let me retract... a dim wit absolutely serviced our vehicles and I'd rather run my car off a bridge than suffer through another waste of money and time at this location. read more

My fiancé's car needed a new battery. So, I did my research and concluded that Tires Plus had the lowest prices and was the closest to our house. Parking was tight but we both managed to find spots. The lady behind the desk was very friendly, and gladly accepted our coupon (found online), without hassle. She quoted us a 45 minute wait time, which seemed more than fair as they seemed to be busy. 40 minutes later, we got a call saying the car was ready. Really, the whole process went very smoothly, and I was happy they did not try to tack on extra fees and charges to the final bill, like other places try to do. read more

I took my car here for a buyer's check since I am ready to sell. They wrote up a $1,500 quote not including cost of the service itself. They wrote anything and everything imaginable that could be done to my car thinking they would make money off me I guess, mind you I'm a small blonde girl that doesn't look like I know much about cars. I knew they were trying to scam me because my car was at the dealership six months ago for inspection where I ended up putting $3,000 of extensive work into it in order to prepare it for selling. If the dealership had found any of the problems they wrote, trust me they would have charged me for it. I will never take my car here again. I had gone here for an oil change in the past and it was fine, but recently I went back for another oil change right before driving to Florida and definitely regret going here. First of all, while I was getting my oil changed they called me and told me that I needed four new tires and I declined because my car only has 22k miles on it and the tires don't need to be replaced yet. They kept calling back trying to sell me the tires for a different price and I kept declining. I go and pick my car up later that day and make my drive to Florida. The next day I realized my car had been leaking oil all over the driveway, took it to the dealership and they said the people who did the oil change had stripped my oil plug, so then not only did I have to get it repaired, I had to get another oil change anyway. Such a waste of time and money, if only they weren't so worried about selling me tires and actually just did the job I asked them to do. Do not go here. read more

Had online coupon for 15 dollars off an oil change....went in and asked how much an oil change costs....she said with a 10 dollar off coupon it would be 30. I told her my coupon was for 15 off...so a guy walks up to tell her which oil change to charge me for ....and then she said it would be 41 dollars and I forget the cents. I asked was that the price before the coupon. No she said ....after the coupon. I laughed out loud literally, told them both I could get it done for 25 somewhere else and I walked out. I would recommend Tires Plus to anyone I come in contact with. Not only do they a great and speedy job but I had to get my oil changed at 7am because my father had passed away the night before and I had to have it done before I left Athens. Not only were they booked up all day but the man took my information over the phone while I drove to their shop. Once I got there he skipped my car ahead of all the appointments. Changed my oil within 10 minutes we spoke shortly about my father and his passing. When I was preparing to pay, signing paperwork and all, he comped all fees. Not only did he do that, both the managers came around the counter and gave me hug then responded with, "you have a family here." Earlier today, I called this location to know the price of installing two tires that I already bought and a tire alignment. The man on the phone said it was $125.65 (INCLUDING TAX). I dropped off my car for them to do all of that. Then, one of the employees called me and said they could not do the alignment because of one of my tire rods, which was fine. So, I expected to pay $30ish for the tire installment because the alignment is $90. But, I came in and they charged me $50 for the installment! How does that make sense? I was skeptical, as I had never been there before, and as a young female, I knew that I could be taken advantage of if they believed they could make an extra buck from me. I went to my trusted dealership to have a full multipoint inspection, and they told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my car, not even anything that was coming up and could possibly need changed in the immediate future. I don't know what to say about this place. One year ago, I changed my oil here. The staff was nice back then. I don't drive very often thus not changing the oil since then. Last month, the oil filter on my car suddenly came off when I started the car and the engine was totally ruined because of this. My friend checked why this happened and found that Tires Plus gave my a wrong oil filter, which is larger than my original one. As a poor graduate student, I hope that they can at least deal with this nicely. What I only got in the end is that they kicked this thing to the district manager. Then the manager gave it to the corporate, Bridgestone. Then after 3 weeks, Bridgestone called me just to tell me that they won't reimburse a penny.
