I called them due to the distance being 40 minutes from me. I called for two continental run flat tire which they said I have. They lied to me once I arrived said my car looked ugly, was rude.( It's an Amg) And offered me a used aftermarket tire with no life. Also forgot one of my tire screws.yelled at the tow truck who brought the car also. Bad service all around not one thing good. They didn't care about a Mercedes Amg. We will not go into why I was purchasing used tires, not new ones, but used. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he had the tire size and the cost which was very reasonable. I arrived in the morning and an hour later the work completed to my satisfaction. Brian and the staff were quite friendly and answered all my questions. Brought a Jeep there that had a stripped oil pan drain plug. He assured me he could easily replace the whole oil pan with no problems. I receive the car back to have oil spewing all out from underneath while driving it back home. I bring it back and he tells me he needs a part for it that is backordered. A year later the part is still backordered. Had to bring it to someone else after paying him to basically do damage to my car. Do not recommend whatsoever for mechanical repairs. For used tires maybe but I'll go to tire farm down the road instead rather than giving him business. read more
