My wife wanted to do 'a little shopping' at the outlets in Calhoun so after following her around for a few minutes, I decided I'd find a place to swap out the wheels while she shopped. The guy who answered the phone told me to bring it right in and he'd charge me only $10 per wheel for the ole switcharoo. Well driving over there, I thought about the tire sensors and wondered if he'd have the ability to make the sensors in the new wheels talk to the truck. Upon arrival, I brought the tire sensors issue to his attention and he thought about it for a minute and said he'd remove the original tires from the rims, remove the sensor, then remove the new tires from the rims and give them the original sensors. I told him I understood that this would increase the price even though he didn't say it would. It was a lot of work for him, removing eight tires from rims and replacing them. When it was all said and done, he still only charged me $40. These guys really are great and I'm happy that I found them. I don't live near Calhoun but I definitely recommend you check them out if you live in the area and need some type of work done. I believe they do more than just tires. There's no waiting room and the work is done outside but this all makes for a great value.

Everyone is very friendly and they know me by name. Even the other customers are friendly! I was driving my elderly mom's 16 year old caddy yesterday when the Check Engine Light started flashing. It was due for an oil change and tires serviced anyway so I took it to EPT. Apparently 2 coil packs needed replacing. I was going to wait for it because it was a perfect weather day for sitting outside on the bench. (Mental note: ask Toby to put out lounge chairs outside!) When the part arrived it was the wrong one and it'd be another hour for the part- I didn't mind waiting but I had not eaten all day. Sarge offered to take me to get something to eat since the car was all apart. I called in an order then Sarge offered to just drop me off at the house and would bring the car over when it was done. That did work out better for me. The second part ended up being the wrong one too so they had to keep the car overnight. He promised to have it done ASAP. This morning I got a call that it wouldn't be there until 1 o'clock. I voiced frustration as I had several errands I needed to run today. Sarge explained what the issue was & told me he would check on it and see if he couldn't get one quicker. I'm not sure but I think it may been an hour later Sarge called me and told me the car was done! Thankfully they were able to find the correct part locally. I know some people that would have gone off after the first part was wrong or the second part was wrong but since I've had other issues with parts being hard to find because of the car, not because of those trying to fix it. I have 40 years experience working with the public and sometimes things don't go right but as long as the person is trying their best I'm going to be understanding. I know a few wonderful local mechanics but unfortunately they may not always be available or as in this case the tires needed servicing as well, so yes so it was convenient to do it all at the same time. On June 4, 2026, my wheel completely separated from my moving truck on a Georgia highway. Thankfully, nobody was injured. The consequences could have been devastating. The repair shop that inspected my truck afterward documented its opinion that loose lug nuts caused the wheel separation. I provided Executive Park Tire with photographs, invoices, repair documentation, and a complete claim packet. After weeks of follow-up, they denied responsibility, declined to provide their reasoning in writing, and did not respond to my certified demand letter. I'm sharing this because a wheel coming off a vehicle at highway speed is a serious public safety concern. I believe customers deserve to know what happened, how the company responded, and why I will never trust them with my vehicle again. Please share this experience so other drivers can make informed decisions about where they take their vehicles.

I came with a 2017 Peterbilt 579 paccar and it needed shocks, torque rods, alignment and pretty much everything. The job should of taking way longer to do and these guys completed it inside out in under 5 hours. I Highly recommend these guys over LOVES and the other shops because not only for outstanding work and two cute ladies working there ; ) but they will do the best they can to work on pricing for You and do a great job at the same time. I had been carrying my vehicles to a so called reputable place in Cartersville for years and the prices and service had gotten terrible. Prices high, service low. I carried my wife's vehicle in for an issue with alternator after getting all kinds of different opinions from the so called reputable place. I dropped it off and had my wife bring me back home. I got a call in about 1 hour telling me her vehicle was ready and when they gave me the price, I was more than excited, It was very reasonable! I carried my neighbors truck to them after the so called reputable place kept it for two weeks and said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and why it wouldnt start. WB's Auto repair had it diagnosed and repaired on less than a few hours. Not only has this place earned my business but also my neighbors.
