They have a very friendly staff and an owner that cares about its customers. Their front staff helped to entertain my son while waiting for my vehicle and their waiting room is more than sufficient. I went the first time and we both thought we fixed the issue being my AC not working. However, a week later, the AC quit working due to a leak. I called to inquire about repairing it and was told I would have to essentially repay for the first visit over again, so I denied the services. The owner called me back personally and took accountability for their tech making the mistake of trying to repair the AC in the cold temperatures, as this was there company standard. He stated the tech was new and would be informed properly, and I didn't know this would cause the leak to be undetectable either. After revisiting the shop on a warmer day, my leak was found and the AC was fixed, so I was left only paying for the repairs, which I would have had to pay on the first visit if the leak was found. I really appreciated the owners accountability and desire to make it right and the staff for keeping me informed throughout the process, despite a small misunderstanding. read more

After my oil change, I had a issue with my car. Then noticed something missing. I called executive to inquire about this issue and the man got very defensive, loud talking and hung up on me. I ordered tires through them to have mounted and balance. After installation of the tires my wife left with my truck and heard a noise coming from the truck that wasn't there from before. She took the truck back and they inspected and said it was a leaf spring clamp. She then took the truck to the guy who works on our vehicles and he discovered that it was the wheel weight hitting the caliper cover. The shop we took it to fixed the problem with the wheel weights. They only out to make a quick Buck and that's it!!! read more

I've been a customer at EPT for +-20 years; not just tires but servicing and repairs on several different vehicles and have never had a problem! Everyone is very friendly and they know me by name. Even the other customers are friendly! I was driving my elderly mom's 16 year old caddy yesterday when the Check Engine Light started flashing. It was due for an oil change and tires serviced anyway so I took it to EPT. Apparently 2 coil packs needed replacing. I was going to wait for it because it was a perfect weather day for sitting outside on the bench. (Mental note: ask Toby to put out lounge chairs outside!) When the part arrived it was the wrong one and it'd be another hour for the part- I didn't mind waiting but I had not eaten all day. Sarge offered to take me to get something to eat since the car was all apart. I called in an order then Sarge offered to just drop me off at the house and would bring the car over when it was done. That did work out better for me. The second part ended up being the wrong one too so they had to keep the car overnight. He promised to have it done ASAP. This morning I got a call that it wouldn't be there until 1 o'clock. I voiced frustration as I had several errands I needed to run today. Sarge explained what the issue was & told me he would check on it and see if he couldn't get one quicker. I'm not sure but I think it may been an hour later Sarge called me and told me the car was done! Thankfully they were able to find the correct part locally. I know some people that would have gone off after the first part was wrong or the second part was wrong but since I've had other issues with parts being hard to find because of the car, not because of those trying to fix it. I have 40 years experience working with the public and sometimes things don't go right but as long as the person is trying their best I'm going to be understanding. I know a few wonderful local mechanics but unfortunately they may not always be available or as in this case the tires needed servicing as well, so yes so it was convenient to do it all at the same time. The most rude, unprofessional, dishonest place of business that I have ever experienced. Went to have car looked at due to temperature gauge defect, they told me I needed a thermostat replaced and that it would be almost 2 hours before repair would be complete. Charged over 250.00 claiming that 180.00 was for labor because the "BOOK" recommended charging for up to two hours of labor whether it actually took that long or not. I waited for the car to be repaired , they simply replaced the cap on the thermostat which took only 5 minutes (I watched them actually do this) I had previously been a loyal customer, needless to say I was shocked. When I asked the owner about it, he blew me off. Stating that he could charge what he wanted. Stay away!! This guy also has a reputation of cheating his family members as well. read more
