I made a appointment for my daughter to get a nail removed and plugged for 10am today. She waited till 12:45 and had to be to work for 1. Her car still had not been looked at.. They over book and you have to wait many hours after appointment times.. Waste of time. There is zero value to this place. It's unfortunate because they use to be the best. Never again will I or my daughter use this place. Tire Barn in Gardner, Roland's in Gardner or even Walmart would have much better respect for people's time.. Negative 10 stars. read more

Leadership sets the tone for any workplace, and unfortunately this location appeared to have very little direction or accountability during my visit. The manager was essentially absent, staff were openly arguing, and the environment felt chaotic and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I had scheduled an appointment for a tire repair, yet there was no one at the front desk for quite some time. The one bright spot in this experience was Anthony. Despite being buried in work with what looked like a mountain of tires, he still stepped up to help me when no one else would. He handled everything from start to finish on his own, remained polite and professional throughout the entire process, and repeatedly apologized for both the behavior of the other employees and the lack of management presence. Anthony worked quickly, stayed composed under pressure, and provided excellent customer service in a very difficult environment. He deserves recognition for how he handled the situation. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff continued arguing loudly and behaving unprofessionally the entire time I was there. At one point, a man came out to my car yelling at employees and threatening to send everyone home if they did not listen to him. I have no idea who he was, because the manager name listed at the desk was Jessica. Near the end of my appointment, a woman arrived back at the location with another man and a dog, but by that point the lack of leadership and organization had already made a very poor impression. If not for Anthony's professionalism and hard work, this experience would have been far worse. Anthony gets 5 stars and should be manager himself one day but as for the rest good luck. read more

I'm never going back there again. I had a low tire so I wanted to have it looked at. They told me my tires were dry rotted. I just bought the vehicle 5 months ago and it passed inspection. He told me it wouldn't pass and a new set could cost upto $1000.00 I had a second estimate some where else for 525.00 Today a 3rd opinion confirmed my suspensions. The tires are fine. The place was very messy. It didn't look professional. They left my glove box compartment open and didn't put the seat back. I'm disabled so I was almost in tears when I left. Never again. read more

I brought my wheels in to have new tires installed. The tech damaged one of the outer lips removing the old tires and the shop refused to acknowledge it. The wheels had been refinished a few years ago, and when I showed the service manager, he said that the damage was curb rash. The damage is about 1/4" wide, looks like a pry bar or screwdriver got pressed into the aluminum rim when they were removing the old tire. But, worse, I didn't even ask for a discount or compensation for the damage and had no plans to. The manager blamed me, said his guys were experts and couldn't possibly have damaged it. I am 100% certain the damage came from his shop and am even more disgusted by him instantly blaming me saying it was prior damage and I was just looking for a free install. That's messed up. I just wanted the job done correctly and it wasn't. He should have asked his guys if they had damaged it privately and then come back to me with a response. His initial reaction makes me think they encounter a lot of mistakes and do not stand behind the customer. Avoid this shop. read more

My car had 19,000 miles but put 119,000 miles on my invoice. They send to car fax. Not only did I llose a sale selling car once my buyer ran car fax, Tire Warehouse took months to fix the invoice then refused to fix it with car fax. They told me to contact car fax and fix it with them. If yhey can't fix s problem they created properly ., I highly advise stay away from a buisness that like tire warehouse that creates problems as opposed to fixing problems. read more

Had an appointment for an alignment. Was almost two hours past that time before the car was even moved. The alignment took all of five minutes. The tech was not in the bay half the time. I saw the screen when it was first set up. All was in the green. Charged $84 for nothing. If you have a lot of free time, then no problem. read more

I would give SIX stars, but I'm limited to five. I was in town over the Memorial Day weekend and had a blowout. Without going into needless detail, these guy bent over backwards for me. Not only was the tire replaced INCREDIBLY quickly, but they also let me know that the impact had made tiny cracks in my rim and would require me to keep filling the tire up every time the low indicator came on. This was NOT their first choice, but it was 6 PM on Saturday evening of Memorial Day and there was not going to be anywhere to get the rim I needed until the following Tuesday, and I had to leave for Washington DC (to go home) on Monday. They tried for me right up to the end, but nothing was available anywhere around. Their prices were so reasonable, that I went ahead and got a second drive wheel so that my drive tires matched... THEY DID NOT suggest this to me or try to upsell me. I suggested it and they said they were happy to do so if that's what I wanted, and even though it was last minute in the extreme, they had it changed and balanced/mounted in about 15 minutes. Just an aside... I was standing there at about 5:58PM (they close at 6PM sharp) when a call came in. A guy had a flat and needed a new tire. Amazingly, the Boss (Rich?) told the guy to come in, and then he sent his staff home and said he'd take care of the customer himself! GREAT service, great staff, UNBELIEVABLE management.... if this place was in Washingtion DC, I'd NEVER go anywhere else. Thanks Guys... I followed your advice, just kept an eye on the low air messages and made it home. I've also taken your advice to go to a rim place that could weld the crack, which is where the wheel is right now. read more

Tire warehouse saved the day. Started my morning off hydroplaning off the road ruining a set of rims went to pick up my wife's car and she had a flat I called all the tire shops in town no one could help with either vehicle until I got in touch with Matt B at tire warehouse even with a full schedule he was able to to get both my vehicles in and taken care of not only was it fast and stress free but very fair prices as well as great customer service very impressed with the service I got I vow to come here everytime I need or know someone who needs any kind of help with tires thank you! read more

These guys were life savers. My husband, dog and I broke down far from home on Rt 2. AAA would only take 1 person because of Covid. The assistant manager drove out and picked my dog and I up while husband drove with tow truck. They took great care of our truck and us and even fed our dog who was stressed out. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. There are good people out there and I can't recommend this place enough!!! read more

Worst experience I have ever had getting a leaky tire fixed. Went on Friday, was told it would be about an hour, after 2, I requested my key back. Went back on Tuesday and was told would be about a 45 minutes wait, after another 2 hours, again requested my key back and made an appointment for today, spent 2 1/2 hours in the waiting area. Multiple people without appointments in and out while I waited. End result, they said they had to drill my stem out, put in a new stem that they had no idea if it would hold or not, informed my my sensor was screwed up, even though it worked just fine prior, told me there was no guarantee that what they did would hold so now instead of having a slow leak that I could inflate every couple of days to get me by, now I have to worry about getting stranded on the side of the road with a flat that my jump box air pump can't help me with. When I said that they should have let me know before they started drilling, I was lectured that it wasn't there job to fix my car and that it was my responsibility to take care of the upkeep of the vehicle, when I responded that I figured the tire place could handle a leaky tire, they snapped back that I brought them Walmart tires. I responded with, sorry that you can't handle Walmart tires then, and again got lectured on how the upkeep of my vehicle is my responsibility. Looking forward to the expensive repair and towing bills this one trip will cost me in the end. Never going to a tire warehouse again. read more

Tire Warehouse as always been great to my family. I was recently up visiting family for the holidays, and could feel my car fishtailing in the rain during the drive up. I was told over the summer that it was time to think about new tires, so I did what any twenty-something would do, and put it off until I really needed them. I went in at 1:45pm on Christmas Eve, and they closed at 2pm. They were super helpful, and placed the order for the tires that I wanted. They informed me that the Michelin warehouse was probably closed (or closing soon for the holiday), so the order might not be received until Monday, and then get there midweek. Fast forward to Monday morning around 10am, and I get a call- the order had gone through and they had my tires. I brought it over, and had my tires rotated (I was replacing the two back and moving the old front to the back) and an alignment. Tire Warehouse was super busy, but they got me out of there in under an hour. I had a warranty on the tires, and was given no trouble for redeeming it on the tires that went 42,000 of the expected 55,000 warranty. Highly recommend for anyone in the Greater Gardner area. read more

Had flat tire.. drove in a was back on the road in 15 min. Tire fixed... rebalanced. The manager Richard was friendly and professional. Explained the work that was done. His staff completely on task. While I was waiting an older couple was there and stated they have been doing business at this place for years and that I had made the right choice.
