I showed up this morning with a large holt stuck in my rear tire. They fixed it super fast and very affordable. John Wayne, the manager was awesome. Very professional and polite!!!! First thing I asked was if they knew how to lift the car without causing any damage and also if the machine for the tires wasn't gonna scratch the rims. They told me they do high end cars all the time and not worry about anything. Then this clowns lifted the car on the wrong spot, bending the fenders and also scratched the rims trying to removed the glued weights scraping it with something. Think twice before bringing your business here. This was December 2023, maybe they have better techs now but if you read other negative reviews you'll find that is common for this place. Stay away and take your hard earned money to someone who really care.

I purchased two tires from Tire Squad. They advertised the tires were "air tested," however you would have to be blind to not see TWO bubbles in BOTH tires side walls if they were in fact air tested. Terrible customer service post-purchase: I am stuck with two unusable tires and out $150. I will also be posting reviews on other outlets and reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau with the hopes of bringing awareness to their unethical business practices. I hope it was worth the $150 was worth it, Tire Square! Bad business has a price.

These guys are superb. I can in needing a tire patched and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. There is water coffee and good snacks. The waiting room and bathroom are super clean and on top of all they're very affordable. John Wayne the manager was super polite and helpful. read more

Spent $2,600 on 4 new tires. They lasted 4 months. Went back they ignored us and told us those tires had absolutely no warranty at all. I was never told id spend so much money without any warranty. Liars! We're taking them to court. They don't even have the decency to give face and try to help us with this issue they gave us. Also, we left 2 good 20" tires there while installaing the new 4 tires and was going to pick them up the next day. They threw them away or misplaced them. That was their excuse. Thats it. No helping you out, no getting back to me with a solution nothing! All about the money to them and afterwards your screwed!!! Bunch of Liars and thieves. They will learn. Looked up Tire stores in my area , on google and Yelp Tire Squad had the best reviews. I was also told by a close friend that he highly recommended this company. I gave them a call 30 mins before they were going to close just to see if they can give me a quote and they told me to come in that they would be here. 5 minutes before closing the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The price was extremely fair and I was EXTREMELY impressed by their customer service. They ran down the options with me , and very rare that you are left feeling comfortable by honest answers. I had a big screw in my run flat tire on my BMW. It was inside the tread area so it could be patched. Many places won't even attempt to patch run flats even though they can. The manager John Wayne got me right in and out in less than 30 min and the bill was $27. I also had lots of questions regarding future tire purchases and he answered everything fully knowledgeable which left me confident that this place really knows what they are doing. You can tell their value their customers' experience and desire to provide terrific service. Found a new tire place for all my needs and if I could give a 10 star review instead of 5, I would. Again, can't say how excellent the customer service was. Very rare find in Miami. read more

I needed a tire patch and called Tire Squad. Most of the corporate places (Firestone, tire kingdom) had refused to patch the tire because it was a smidge to close to the side wall. This Tire Kingdom was willing to help me out. It is owned and operated by some young folks that race cars - cars are there passion and it shows. Customer service like we used to see back in the 70s. Polite responsive and courteous. 100% recommend! read more

I had tried another tire shop nearby (with high marks but few reviews) -- got bad vibes with owner complaining "nobody wants to work!" (not MY fault) .... so made my way here (lots of reviews, mostly 5-stars .... and I know why). The staff has good energy, ready-to-serve. They pointed out the physical damage on my "leaky" tire -- which would be unsafe to "fix", and made a good deal for two new tires (in stock) -- installed within 40 minutes in/out. A pleasant experience all the while. Thanks! (for the customer service, and for the snacks). read more

Very nice guy and very helpful, was able to find me a pair of used tires for a reasonable price and even provided me an alternative quote for a new pair. Opted for the used tires since they were in stock and didn't need to be ordered, they got the car in and out very quickly the same day. I came here to change my 4 tires on my 2019 Mercedes E350 Coupe. After getting a quote for 4 new tires at the dealer of over 1,400 dollars, I searched on eBay found these guys and called. The sales staff was super helpful and sold me a set of 4, what they call GRADE A tires, which basically were brand new with 96% tread left on them for under 500.00. To make matters even better when I got there, I realized that my car was out of alignment, and they gave me a nice discount on aligning the car since I purchased the tires. My truck has a 4" lift kit, offroad tires and custom rims. After taking it to a couple of other shops, they could not balance the tires properly, a vibration persisted when driving past 60mph. Someone recommended Tire Squad on Bird Road and I am happy they did. John was professional in talking with me about the issue and his guys did an awesome job balancing the wheels. We had a flat tire that was simply worn out. John and the tech looked at the tire and recommended replacement - which was absolutely correct. I bought a new tire and it was mounted. Brought the car in at 8:00 and was out by 8:45. The tech (did not get his name) replaced the spare and all the tools. Super service, super attitude, super spot to bring your car in. Just got some suspension work done on my truck. The guys at Tire Squad got it on their alignment machine and checked it quickly. Turns out my trucks alignment was way off and they were able to show me in a matter of 5 minutes. They quickly corrected it and my truck has never driven better. insanely rude, damaged components of the vehicle, lied and committed illegal practice that i currently have an open case with an attorney for. negligence was 100% at play here and i have spent over $2000 with this business to be treated horribly! stay away and just look for a better local option. cheap isnt always the way to go read more
