Amazing place to have quick and friendly service for your tires. It took no more than 10 minutes to pay and have our tires looked at and plugged after having gotten a nail stuck in one of our tires. The employees are very approachable and receptive to concern, and they give full honesty when it comes to pricing and evaluation of any damage. I was in desperate need of new tires for my Z4 and they need to be run flats and those can get pricey, so I went online and found a pair for the front on offer up I haggled a little bit and then took a leap of faith and drove over to meet Marcus the owner and was impressed with how laid back and direct he was I could tell he was an intelligent businessman but also a good person. Its South Florida and every other person is out to rip ya off but not these guy's, Marcus even went as far as to pick out an almost brand new set of run flats and I was in and out with 4 Basically new run flats, alignment without a headache and a new tire connection..! read more

My buddy told me about this place and how great Mark was with his Type R. So I called to see if they could help me with some tires. I was told they would call me back within a couple of hours. The next day after no one called I called them back. Manny vaguely recalled the conversation and had not obtained the information that he said would get. After talking to Manny on the first day, and my buddies experience I had high hopes for these locals to succeed. But the first rule of business is your customers. Know them and follow through. I would not have given them any stars if it wasn't for my buddies experience. I really hope they get it together so that they can succeed. read more

These guys are awesome. I felt like I was taken care of by a race car pit crew . 3 guys worked on my car at same time changing tires balancing them & got me back on the track on my way to work . The shop is clean and very professional. You can tell these guys take great pride in there shop and there work . Mark was honest helpful and knows how to run a tight shop . It's so hard to get good customer service these days for anything, it tire squad hasn't forgotten what it's all about. I had 24inch wheels and tires put on my Suburban about 4 months ago and after 65mph my car would shake! Came in here for road force balance and what a difference. What an exceptional service. I called for information to have four tires replaced and spoke with the manager (John Wayne) he was able to tell me if the tires were on stock and how long it would take to have it in the store. That same day he called me with information on the tires and to schedule an appointment. The very next day came in to the shop and waited to get the tires replaced. Use to be a recurrent customer until today. Unprofessional staff. The worst experience and they didnt solve the problem after three visits. This morning I was at Tire Squad Miami to replace 4 tires. The manager, John Wayne, is a very friendly and professional person who explained all work-related issues to me, including a supplemental alignment check. Since they did not have the tires in the shop, I had to make an appointment for today at 8AM. At the free alignment check it turned out that work needed to be done. Wayne suggested that he had to make ANOTHER appointment as he had only one mechanic working in the shop. There was a customer who came in with an emergency and another customer who left the car and went to pick it up later. Summary: My car was assembled in the alignment plant with everything in place and ready to do the job, and Wayne decided to lower the car and proceed to the emergency customer, which was a flat tire. He offered to wait or make an appointment. For me, it is an unfortunate decision as I was a customer who had asked for full service and came away with an incomplete job, just to sell one more tire. Customers are not to blame that companies don't have enough workers to meet demand, and they continue to charge prices commensurate with stellar service. Shame on you. read more
