Poor customer service from the guy with the scar on his face so rude and dismissive told them to make sure to check the tires before putting it in my car, the tires they put on my car were very bad quality they lasted 2 hours then my tire started going flat spent 140$ for tires that have holes in them and they wont make it right either once you leave the premises its not their concern anymore very very unprofessional and bad quality read more

BEWARE!! CHECK EVERYTHING AND ASK QUESTIONS! Got a flat on the highway and went to this auto shop at 5416 Riverdale Road. I asked for my Pirelli Scorpion tire (bought in 2022) to be fixed. They told me it would cost $70 which I accepted because it would was more convenient that waiting for roadside assistance. The next day my tire was flat again and I realized that the tire they put back on my car was a Hancook and not Pirelli. Went to another auto shop who said the tire had a nail and the tread was balled so couldn't be fixed. I called Tire Spot Solutions and they said they discard old tires every night and I would have to drive back there for them even to check if my original tire was there. They also told me I should have looked at my receipt before I left because getting my tire plugged was only $15-30. I had to spend an extra $150 to buy a new tire and haven't been able to use my car since this debacle. read more

I've been here twice and they are super rude. I had a blow out on the freeway and i had my car towed there to be serviced. I called before having the car towed so that they were aware. I walk in and the guy is sitting on the couch. I'm not sure if he works there or is a customer. After hesitaton since he didnt greet me, i say hello and kind of stare hoping he follows up with "how can i help you". I tell him i need a tire and he tells me that a new one is $160 and used is $70. I have a 2014 Cruze.. That is a super excessive cost for a used tire. But after the day i had being on the side of the freeway i had no other choice but to pay. I asked him if he could put air in my other tires and he told me that would cost me an additional $5! CASH! I was taken aback. First off i did not have cash on me just my card and two why charge me for air when im already paying you for a tire and you are already down there? You couldnt show any compassion to a customer. I told him to just forget the air and i paid and left. Use them as a last resort because they need to learn better customer service skills as they are lacking. read more

They sold me a tire with a patch in it. I don't care if it's used or not they shouldnt have sold me one that's of this caliber. They also broke one of my studs to my tire and had me lose money because I came there on my lunch break and ended up leaving 4 1/2 hours later. The guy called another mechanic, and he had to put the stud and the tired on because the guy who put my tire on broke it and couldn't figure out how to fix it back. He made it worse than what it was. And after I found out that it was basically dangerous for me to drive back and forth to work in this condition, they tried to blow me off by saying, "Come back Monday." They will never get my business again. I'd recommend going to Wilson's on Old national at least they will look over your tire for leaks and make sure you're okay. read more

My daughter was making a 12hr drive from Jacksonville Florida to Huntsville Alabama for my knee surgery. She drives a Smart Honda Civic that monitors everything on that car... her check tire pressure light comes on and she right at the Riverdale Road exit in Riverdale Ga- Tire Spot right off the exit; she pulls in (granted-I am listening in via her ear bud. Some DUMB & IGNORANT TECH din't ask NO Questions...Imeddiatly started asking for $5 before he even asked what was going on or trying to SEE the issue. Very UNPROFESSIONAL...On Cell Phone while working. Long story short, he never told my daughter what the air pressure was when she pulled in but the tire was very low- almost on the rim...once he put the air in the tire for $5, he started walking away from her car didn't tell her it would auto reset in a few minutes...just walked away. I told her to Google map a Jiffy lube or Express tires (3 miles away it was) and by God's grace- they took care of my daughter -educated her on what happened and going forward what to expect. Never bringing my car here again. Total rip off. Had my friend take my car here to check my tire that was loosing air while at a doctors appointment. Charged $10 to say they found nothing. Was recently recovered enough to drive the car myself to have it checked and they found the nail/puncture that was causing me to loose air. I got a tire from this place late night because it was 24 hours and I was close by my tire was completely busted. I went there and the guy charged me 65 for the tire over the phone but when I got there he said the tire was too hard to take off. He said he would charge me 70 plus he wanted a 5 dollar tip. I gave it to him since my tire was busted. The tire lasted only a week and a half and it got a bubble in it. I called back and he said they don't do exchanges only within 3 days. I wouldn't recommend this place at all they are bad business avoid them! read more

I took my car somewhere else and they said all my lug nuts were lose with 1 already missing??? Why these fools didn't tighten my tires after rotating them??
