He makes going to the car wash a pleasure , easy drive through and always has towels , sprays and even tire shine as well as good running vacuums ( all this offered even to non members ) Now that's so considerate because most places don't do that He also runs specials and allows you to join and never limits you like some places to only "new customers" Today I had to ask him to refund a car wash because I bought a membership a day or two after and with out hesitation he helped and told me no problem. To me that's the place you want to go for all your car needs , you are treated like a Vip and next door there's a oil change and a nice lounge area with coffee while you wait , can't beat that !! I wait here for well over a quarter of an hour just to buy a measly car battery and have it installed. I waited over 20+ minutes in a line of 3-4 people that moved literally no where... they had one staff member present and when the others showed up the pace did not change if anything it slowed down and grinder to a hault.... I put my battery on the floor and sat on it while scrolling on my phone waiting my turn patiently, eventually a couple shows up behind me and is seen before everyone in the line!?!!? Like hello? Wtf is this special treatment shit??? Eventually the line clears up and the staff are just babbling , I stand up and pick up the battery and the cashier asks if I was ready to buy?? Like duhhh I've been sitting here waiting for my turn. She rings up the cheap shitty battery $160 and some change after tax, no biggie right? WRONG I told em I wanted it installed since installation is free either way the purchase of a battery.. well the cashier talked to her manager, canceled my transaction and walked into the sunset with a different customer altogether all without a single damn word... after standing there twirling my thumbs like a jackass, I finally decided to ask the manager "so like what's going here? Bc she just walked away without a word" the stud of a manager replied "I'm taking care of it right now" in a passive aggressive tone and demeanor and I said "oh okay, no worries". after her fumbling with her tablet for a another 5-10 minutes she tells me that she can MAYBE fit me in after these next FOUR cars that have appointments in the next 5 minutes.. so I asked what's the estimate of wait time? I explained this to them, and I was told there was nothing they could do, they wanted me to come back as a walk in the next day and potentially get my service done if i waited for them to have time. I called back, asking if i could schedule something and was told no since the appointment was cancelled BY THEM NOT ME. Now, nobody is answering the phone so i can receive a refund on the tires and installation, the guy i spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive and they basically told me to figure it out on my own, even though it was them who cancelled on me last second. Terrible customer service and i will never return.

I spent 3 hours in their shop just to have new sensors installed and programmed. They were training someone new who didn't follow directions correctly. They then told me my truck was all set but my aftermarket TPMS wasn't reading properly. He tried again but clearly didn't know the programming procedure while also forgetting to install an important lock feature. I told the manager I would go home, send him what he did incorrectly and could be back the next day for him to try again after he reviewed the directions he asked me to email to him. He never responded by email to tell me if he had read through the procedures or returned two messages I left with his employees. The reprogramming clearly stated to begin in a particular sequence which he clearly didn't but charged me anyway. I don't intend to remove this complaint unless they program my vehicle correctly at know charge or refund me for the procedure.
