***DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!! ***…read more All these good reviews below were from when it was Cooks Tires. THEY were amazing. This new company stress free should be called STRESS FULL!! They are OVER priced ridiculously!! I had a manager named MANNY verbally in person tell me the battery I bought was still under warranty. When I brought the vehicle back a couple weeks later they would not honor it!!! Manny I spoke with no longer works there and the ASST MANAGER JACK kept stepping aside and making shady phone calls to his general manager named: ARAM. They would not honor it because their previous employees did not document it properly! Which isn't my fault. They verbally told me it was under warranty. (I should of gotten that in writing so my fault ) Months ago I asked for an oil change for my 2022 Chevy traverse and they wanted to charge me 120$ Everything is over priced!!! I high recommend going to Good Year tires across the street from the Dunkin donuts!! ASK FOR JEFF, he is amazing!! There prices are normal!! And have your car ready fast! Oil change was under 100! Again I repeat, go to Good Year Tires across the street in front of the Dunkin donuts!! They are phenomenal! Do not go to STRESS FULL AUTO zone. !!!

After a disappointing experience at American Tire Depot in La Mirada, where a simple nail repair…read moreturned into a long wait and talk of replacing the tire, I decided to try Salinas Tires & Wheels--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, the difference was night and day. The place was busy, but they clearly knew how to prioritize the work so that a quick tire repair didn't require a two-hour wait. The manager greeted me right away, listened to my concern, and immediately had a technician help with my girlfriend's tire. The technician was skilled, fast, and professional. In about 10 minutes, the tire was repaired, all four tires were checked for proper air pressure, and the total was only $20. That kind of honest, efficient, and friendly service is rare these days. Salinas Tires & Wheels didn't just fix a tire--they restored my confidence in what great local service should feel like. Fast, honest, affordable, and professional. Why would I go anywhere else?

La Habra location couldn't take me because they said they already had 8 appointments that morning, but called their Whittier location (this one I'm reviewing, and about 4 miles away) if they are free to take walk-ins, and that's how I ended up here. I was immediately helped and they started working on my tire within a few minutes I got there. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They did my tire repair for free. This is my first time going to Daniel's, so I'm not a repeat customer or anything, so I'm amazed they did it for free! I had an excellent experience with Alexander Auto Service while diagnosing a persistent misfire on…read moremy 2016 Mercedes-Benz Metris. I had previously taken the van to the dealership, where the spark plugs and ignition coils were replaced, but the misfire was still not resolved. Alexander performed a thorough diagnostic and correctly determined that the fuel injectors were causing the problem. He replaced the injectors and used dealer-level Mercedes diagnostic equipment to properly code and program them to the vehicle. We also discovered significant carbon buildup on the intake valves, which is common on direct-injection engines. Alexander had the proper walnut-blasting equipment and performed an intake-valve carbon cleaning. I was very impressed with his knowledge of Mercedes vehicles, advanced computer diagnostics, fuel-injector programming, and direct-injection systems. His diagnosis was accurate and his work was professional. The shop also provides general auto repair, tires, wheel alignments, transmission repair, and other automotive services. I highly recommend Alexander Auto Service to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic, especially for difficult diagnostic problems that other repair shops or dealerships have been unable to solve. I'm very pleased with the work and would definitely bring my vehicle back.
