Amazing service every time I go in there, I know to call for an appointment verses doing it online because you never know how many online appointments they have. Front staff are always kind and courteous and the guys working on my cars take good care of them, resetting my oil percentage light and keeping my vehicles clean. Would 10 out of 10 recommend them. read more

On May 3, 2023 at 5:30am I had a flat tire about 10 miles south of Saint Augustine, Florida. My SUV was packed to the top and I had to be in Ohio for work the next morning. I changed my tire to my spare donut tire deeply buried under luggage and totes. Obviously, I couldn't travel 800 miles on that tire. I drove to the closest tire shop and it happened to be Tire Kingdom at 2494 US Hwy 1 in Saint Augustine, Florida. I waited for them to open up at 8am. The front desk help told me it would take some time to fix a flat. My tread was getting low so I asked if buying two tires would get me quicker service. Well, it definitely got me quicker service. He offered 3 price ranges of tires. I told him to give me the middle priced tires. The BFG Advantage Control tires run about $180.00 each. I know that now because I just bought two more this week in Ohio to match the other two. To wrap this up, I was taken advantage of because I was desperate and in need of immediate help. They added complete tire protection that I did not ask for or want. They also charged me $100.00 for labor. The original price of $361.98 was jacked up to $514.02 at checkout. A few days later I reviewed the bill and couldn't believe they would take advantage of a traveler needing to get home and in need of help. Additional and unnecessary fees are unprofessional and dishonest. I am very disappointed in this Tire Kingdom of Saint Augustine Florida and wanted to alert others of the way I was treated. read more

Good honest and friendly staff. They took care of my Focus and now take care of my Frontier. Brand new truck, had a little wandering when driving straight. The dealer found nothing wrong (according to them). Took it to this Tire Kingdom and they ran an alignment check, found a small deviation, corrected it and the truck drives perfectly. I have used them many times, their tire service is excellent and I prefer to drive up to use this store, even though I live in Palm Coast and have a location closer to me. read more

What a ripoff joint. I just moved to St Augustine and haven't gotten my Florida plates yet and they ripped me a new one on my oil change. I got my change and two air filters and they charged me $94. I kept asking the cost of the filters and they wouldn't tell me. When I went to pay I found out the cost however, they would not show me cost of the filters. When you sign for the service it states that they will will tell you any additional costs Well they didn't. I was running late on a appointment. I should have paid for not making the appointment rather than being ripped off. I would have raised the roof if I would have stayed. This is the most CORRUPT place of business in the world. I saw the people working in the shop on the other Yelp comments. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! GO TO RAY'S ACROSS THE STREET FROM TARGET. Tire Kingdom is overpriced, the front desk people are not friendly, they act like it's a trouble for you to be there, they are slow, they try to sell you tons of stuff you don't need, and are untrustworthy. I have gotten things done here that we're not infact touched, I have had a oil change and been charged for stuff I did not ask for, I have been treated rude by the staff, and I have taken my buisness elsewhere. Go to Ray's across the street from The Eye Center / Target area. They are opposite from everything stated above. They are genuine and will not treat you like trash. read more

I love this location, not only for their friendliness, but also for their service. I was running late for a friend's wedding, and I had a flat tire. I drove over to Tire Kingdom, and they immediately took action. They quickly replaced my tire for me, and I was back on the way to the wedding. I am very grateful. read more

I had a new set of tires put on a few days ago and we had an issue with the rims. To make a long story short for this review, despite a big problem, the manager Art worked with me and his district office and resolved the problem with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Being a business owner myself, I know that things do not always go as planned despite our best efforts. But it tells me a lot about the management and the company when something does go wrong, how they respond and handle it that really tells you who they are and what they believe in as a business. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and I commend Art for the way he handled a tough situation. read more

I went to another tire place online and got the run around with tires being available. So I checked out Tire Kingdom online. The system was easy to use and I made the appointment. Went into the store, they looked to ensure they had the tires and finished the order. Th said they would be finished that day even though it seemed busy. They were finished which I picked up the next morning. When I got in the car I noticed my tire light was still on. I pulled up to the front and Scott came out and realized there was a battery on the sensor that was not changed out. He ordered a new one and said no charge! Everyone here seemed nice and willing to go above and beyond! read more

You want to help me now. When I had the car in before the alignment to get new tires, yes plural tires, I knew the left front definitely needed to be replaced and told them to look at the right front as well and if any doubt just replace both. I had right front end work scheduled and planned on getting tires, front end work then alignment. When the car was ready and the bill was for only one tire I asked Daniel what about the other front tire it didn't need to be replaced? He says " I guess not if they didn't replace it" you guess not, how about taking two steps out to the garage and ensuring they knew to check both tires. When I had the right front end work done and last step was alignment the mechanic emphatically said "Do not take it to Tire Kingdom" I stupidly took it to your place. As I told you it was now pulling so hard to the right and when I immediately took it back they said well your right front tire is worn and that's the issue, the alignment is good. I wasted my time and money on two trips to you people, I need to get a new tire and an alignment now and take another day off from work after wasting two with your staff. And your front desk both times were laughing with other customers about the people who raised issues about the work they had done. It's a joke to them I guess when we spend our money there only to have to come back or go elsewhere. Absolutely uncaring and unprofessional staff and horrible quality of work. You take the money but don't stand behind your work and openly laugh at people who have spent what may be as in my case the last few dollars they had until next paycheck. I can't go far with my car now as I don't want to wear the new tire out before I get paid to fix what you people didn't do correctly. Shame on you people and go ahead keep laughing at those who spent money there, disgraceful read more

This is not my first experience with Tire Kingdom, a few years ago the store in Jupiter Florida really saved me when I had not one, but 2 flats the day after Christmas. This past Friday night I noticed my car had a flat tire, remembering the positive experience I had with the Jupiter Tire Kingdom I called my local Tire Kingdom, I spoke to Arturo and he let me know what time they opened Saturday morning. I aired up my tire at home and drove straight to Tire Kingdom. Arturo was there and everyone was super kind they looked up my history confirmed some information and got me right in. The waiting area was clean and nice, they had a television and Keurig coffee. I wasn't there long it was just a simple flat but it was a good experience and I will most definitely be back and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks again to Arturo and everyone who was there this past Saturday morning. read more

I called yesterday to have a trip check on my sons truck before he left for college on Saturday. They tried to con him into over 400 in back breaks, NO... then he brings truck home and NONE of the fluids were checked and filled up, my husband has to go to auto zone to get power stirring fluid, coolant and washer fluid.... thanks tire kingdom!!! DO NOT GO HERE..... if we had not checked the work, my son may have broke down on his way back to college! It is so sad you cannot trust people to do the job they are paid to do!!!!! read more

Stopped by the site on US 1 in St Augustine With a flat on a truck tire About 2pm. I could leave it and return when it was ready. Counter guy said it should be same day and would call me. No call so I stopped the next am but not done yet. Reassured me it would be done that day. I got a call at 4:30 to tell me it was done. Went in, paid at the counter and waited at the garage door for the tech to roll it out. She said it wasn't done yet but would do it right then. Popped the tire off and told me it couldn't be repaired because of an internal slice. After that kind of treatment I got my credit, wheel, and loose tire and left. No way was I going to order a tire. After all, my vacation here was only a week long. read more

On a late Saturday August afternoon around 4pm, I pulled into the Tire Kingdom in St Augustine on US-1 with a defective valve stem and a flat tire on a heavily weighted Budget moving truck. My day had started off really bad that morning and everything that could go wrong was definitely happening to me that day prior to the flat tire. These guys saw that I was having a bad day and took the time out to go above and beyond to fix my flat tire right away. They had my defective valve stem replaced and tire back up and running on a fully loaded rental moving truck within 30 mins. I can't say enough of how great their customer service is and how much I appreciated their help! read more

Helped me out right away. Guys at the counter where awesome very nice people. Found any good deal for me. not a long wait considering there were many in front of me. read more

They get commision to tell you things to do to your car you DONT NEED! Gasoline now a days is clean, so you dont need to clean your fuel injectors (No car manuel says to)......They tried telling me I needed this done.....All the "free deals" with tire purchases etc come with the intention of hounding you on your visits to do things. The best service and the kindest people!! Our truck got a flat while on the interstate, so we got towed here and they were more than willing to do anything they could to help out with the circumstances. Would 100% recommend going here for anything tire related! read more

Had to stop in here while in town for a convention. One of my tires was shearing and I just decided to buy all new ones since it was long overdue. This Tire Kingdom was very clean and everyone was very professional and super friendly. I got a great deal on the tires and everything was done in only an hour! Just like they promised. PLUS they went ahead and fixed a balance problem my car was having at no extra charge. My local tire place told me I'd have to go to a body shop to get it fixed. These people obviously had a better grasp on what they were doing. I'm almost tempted to make the hour and a half drive up to St. Augustine to go here for all my tire and alignment needs. read more

Not a huge fan, tire seem a bit over priced, the wait was long and they claimed I needed a new tire when I am sure a plug would have sufficed. read more

Let me start off by saying this place is under honest management that operates with integrity. I had my TPMS Sensor replaced in one of my tires here and it was done very wrong and caused for a long day. However, the manager went out of his way by driving to Nissan to pick up the needed factory part for my tire. He also drove me back to my apartment so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Everything was made right and my sensor was replaced properly. Even though this wasn't a pleasant situation, I was very happy with how it was handled and Tire Kingdom will continue to have my business. read more

FANTASTIC! Got 4 new tires ordered from tirerack.com and sent to this tire Kingdom. I got an appointment for the very next morning. Everything went well. In particular my my brakes and alignment were checked for free, and they were honest about not needing those services at this time for my car. Even better they upped it to a very good priced oil change since I had them doing the tire install and already doing some business with them. Also after driving 100 miles the car and tires are awesome, the balance is off the charts, pressure perfect. Absolutely I recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone and will be visiting again in the near future for other services I will need. read more

I'd been pretty happy with them in the past, the prices and products are great and the service at the counter passable. But the last two times, my spare was just tossed in the truck, damaging some equipment and tools. I don't see why it's so hard to put the spare and tools back in the tire well instead of just chucking it on top of everything. read more

Poor service, dishonest clerks, pathetic work quality, I could go on but this location is just not worth any more of my time. I will drive further for better service elsewhere. read more

We were from out of town visiting St. Augustine when we had battery issues. We had purchased the battery at the Juno Beach Tire Kingdom less than two years ago so we took the car to the St. Augustine Tire Kingdom. They were great, checked the battery and replaced it with a new one for free. Thanks guys. read more

After being treated like dirt at the TK in Palm Coast I called the St Augustine store, told them my story & they asked me to come in ASAP so they could take care of me. Boy did they ever roll out the red carpet, I felt like a celebrity. Everyone of them came & apologized for the inexcusable behavior of their fellow TK. My needs were completed in an extremely short time & I was given a discount to make up for my inconvenience. Thank you, all of you! read more

They are competitive and do good work. They changed four tire pressure monitors that I'd purchased online. $54.00 plus tax including programming and wheel balance. Very friendly. read more

Tire Kingdom - Tires Near Me - St Augustine, Florida

My wife and I were in town for the weekend and had gotten a flat on I-75 on the way up. We stopped by on Saturday with the blown tire and wheel. Billy was very helpful and after calling a few tire kingdoms in the area was able to locate a perfect match for the tires we have. We stopped back in on Sunday on our way out of town and they swapped the spare that was on the car with the new tire very quickly. Very impressed with this store! read more

I've had a couple of bad experiences with this location. First my car engine wouldn't start reving even while in park, so I came to this location. The problem turned out to be my snorkel valve. Which was fixed. During assessment of my car however, the chef mechanic was very unprofessional. He said to me I must have pissed off some girl, and she must have messed with my engine. Next I had a vibration under the hood. This location firstly, didn't find the problem, and after my car was in their care, my ac didn't work and it worked just fine before. My Dad looked under the bottom of my car and noticed my ac compressor had been disconnected. We took the car back to this location and they had no idea how this could have become disconnected. I wouldn't trust this location with a toy hot wheel. Tire kingdom more like pirate kingdom read more

Never got past the front desk. I made an appointment online and Alturo did not even have the information and was rude and inattentive. When he got around to speaking with me he had no idea who I was or why I was there. I have already given you all my information online. The fact that you do not have it says you do not actually have a reserved spot. I will spend my money elsewhere. Stop pretending to make online appointments that makes you look bad then you have a man at the front desk who confirms that doing business here is a bad idea. read more

After my estimate with ACE went to tire kingdom and they said I needed a wheel bearing after complaining about a noise and a vibration on my pontiac grand prix. They gave me an estimate for $500.00 plus dollars and in disbelief went to another shop after calling around. The next shop took the car and myself for a test drive and determined I had two problems a left wheel bearing was bad and a right cv joint was bad as well causing the vibration I had been complaining about! They fixed both problems for $411.22 less than Tire Kingdom or ACE and neither of them mentioned the cv joint at all! They were both very high on their prices! read more

Do not take your car here. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with incompetence & the worst management I have ever experienced. My experience here was like the 3 stooges "who's on first". Took car in to have tire plugged. They did nothing although said they plugged tire. Tried to charge for an oil change that never occurred. Brought car home & tire continued to go flat. Brought car back to get tire replaced since non existent plug wasn't working. Told me they plugged tire today. Well what did you do to my car Thursday? Round & round who's on first? Absolutely the worst experience ever. I don't know how these people stay in business. Save yourself the aggravation! read more

We were on our driving South tour and were on our way to Universal Studios. We decided to stop off at the outlets and stopped at a traffic light when our car tire flattened out. Lucky it didn't flattened minutes earlier because I was driving 70 mph on the highway! AAA changed our tire and we went on to Tire Kingdom with the donut tire. AAA said that they couldn't find anything wrong with our tire. I was worried about being scammed saying that we neeed a completely new tire. But, I was wrong! They checked our tire and couldn't find anything wrong. They patched it up and $35 and 1.5 hrs later, we were on our way to Universal! I was a little nervous driving after that, but we made it back home with out any problems with that tire. I love Tire Kingdom. read more

Not trustworthy, tried to sell me 2 tires when not needed and refused to rotate them. 34K miles on 60K mile tires worn evenly on a lease maintained every 3 months. Then tried to sell me brake fluid because it was "dirty". This was my first and last trip to this store read more

I have no one to blame but myself for patronizing this shop despite their poor work quality in previous visits. But, I think I've finally learned my lesson. This shop has lied about rotating my tires in the past (I started to get suspicious that they weren't doing it when I asked, so I started tracking which tires were where, and they made excuses when I called them on it). Today, after dropping off my car with a flat tire and asking for an oil change while they were at it, they said my car would probably be ready at 3:00. No one called with an update, so I called at 3:30 just to see what was happening, and they told me my car was ready to pick up. After getting a ride and getting dropped off at the shop, I waited to pay only to discover that they never fixed my flat tire. Somehow a "tire shop" failed to notice a flat when they drove my car in and out of the bay and never bothered to perform any of the "complimentary safety checks" that would have cued them into the flat. Oh, and they never bothered to read their own ticket where it was indicated either. This shop is incompetent, unreliable, and dishonest. I'm never coming back, and I hope you won't either. read more

A few months ago I went there with a starting problem; no click or anything. They said I needed a new battery; that didn't fix it. Then I needed a new starter, which they kept calling a startup; that didn't fix it either. Then they said I needed a new starter switch. That did fix it. And they did cut me a little slack on labor for some of the items. I noticed a couple of days later that the radio/CD track/time display was blank. Only the lack of radio display was a problem. I have only found one of the three stations I listen to, and locked it in. I took it back yesterday, like a fool, b/c I needed coolant in the AC. I needed a compressor they said; I don't know. I mentioned the blank display, and was told that it couldn't have been connected. I know a blown fuse would have stopped it all from working, but I was thinking about a loose wire or something. The guy who said their work wasn't near the radio didn't even know that I had had the starter switch replaced. Anyway, went by this morning and was told that the part had just come in. When reminded I was told it came in yesterday, it had been conveniently defective, and the new one had just arrived. They predicted it would be ready around noon. When I called about 1:45, the mechanic was having a problem replacing an O-ring on something. Obviously not on the space shuttle!! So they'll call me when they are done. It's 3:15 now and no call yet. And I don't really want to call again, unless it's almost closing. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere in the future. read more
