If you have 3 days to waste while they put on 2 tires this is your place. I personally prefer things done in a timely fashion so I won't be wasting my time here. I. Called Wednesday midday and they didn't have the tires I needed in stock so I was told that they were ordered and will be in Thursday morning ( understandable) Take my car in Thursday at noon and don't hear anything for hours. So I call at 4:30 to check on status and was told my vehicle will be next in line ( cool no problem) well an hour later I get a call saying they need to keep the vehicle overnigh. I said absolutely not and asked if I bring it in around noon on my way to work could they guarantee it will get done and was told no. These guys did an oil change and lost the bolt to the filter cover. When I realized it and returned they said I will have to leave it with them so they could POSSIBLY find the bolt, (as if I have no better way to spend my Saturday). Now I am scouring every hardware store for a bolt that fits, metric can be tricky. These guys are NOT out for the customer, and will brush off your bad experience with them while offering you bolts that do not fit and the option of leaving your vehicle until they find the bolt they lost. Don't bother making an appointment here. It's absolutely pointless. I even arrived a little early for mine. I was told it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple tire balance. After 3 hours of waiting with my hungry and tired baby, I had to ask for my keys back. What's funny is, if they would've just told me it was going to take over 3 hours, I would've gone home and not waited there like an idiot. Even if they told me it would take a day or 2, I would've just left my car there, no problem. Instead, they wasted my time and lost my business. WE LOVE TIRE KINGDOM!! I had a freak accident and was stranded on the side of the road with a bent rim and a flat tire. Drew the manager of the store unhesitatingly pulled over and fixed my tire in less than 5 minutes. Even outside of Tire Kingdom, Drew demonstrated amazing kindness and generosity. Take advantage of younger or females by adding on services , charging extra fees. they run a crooked dishonest business.,called told them what wanted for daughter , set appointment, she came and had her sign work order with added repairs , was $89 tyrned around and charged $230. The guys & girls who work here continue to do amazing work, regardless the vehicle I bring to them. I had a spare tire I ordered for the Tesla Model S sitting in the garage and they were able to not only able to order 3 new Michelin Cup 4s tires but have them ready to be mounted the following day. Unfortunately Neptune Beach seems to be a magnet for seemingly shaddy auto repair shops more concerned with commissions than trustworthy work. Twice now I've been to them where problems arise soon afterwards resulting in hundreds of extra dollars in repairs. Either mere coincidence or, as the other one star reviews indicate, just shoddy work. And when I say "coincidence" there's definitely indications it isn't. I'm not normally one to complain about service even if it is sub-par, but this was completely unacceptable. I made my appointment and was seen at my appointed time at 12pm. I did not get my car back until after they were closed at 6pm. It took them six hours to change two tires? While it was the cheapest place to get tires compared to goodyear or tires plus, the price made sense for the quality in which my car was returned to me. After paying and getting in my car I began to drive away with the most awful sound emanating from my back tires. I only had to drive a few blocks home but I was extremely worried about the damage it was causing. When I got home I jacked up my car to see that they did not even screw the tire's lug nuts back on fully. You would think that when you pay a place to take care of your tires you wouldn't have to worry about checking something so simple. Yet they were barely screwed back on. They could've damaged my car, my wheel could've fallen off while driving causing an accident. Will I go back to them? Probably... because they're cheap, but I will be double checking their work in the future. Customer service was really nice and apologetic for the amount of time it took but the actual work done was haphazardly done and pretty negligent. I've never written a review on any business until now. So if you bring your car here just make sure they've actually secured your tires before you leave. read more

More great service from tire kingdom! Left from an oil change only to get on the highway about 35 minutes later to hear a loud banging noise from my engine. When I called them back to ask what it was, they said they might not have put the covering underneath back on. Awesome. Had to turn around and they fixed it with no apology for the mistake. My van had a flat and I called to ask if they could check it out for me. The gentleman on the phone said I could bring it in no problem. I asked if I needed an appointment and he said no. He was very friendly. I walked in 15 minutes later and he asked if I was the one with the van. I said yes, he kindly took my information and keys and told me they'd check it out. A little over 1/2 an hour later my keys were returned and he simply said "you're all fixed up! Merry Christmas!" Everyone in the front was very kind as well and the place was clean, neat and spacious. I recommend this spot and will come back again for sure :) read more

I brought my 2010 Camaro LT (RS package) in to get the rear breaks replaced. I went to a different break shop who specializes in breaks and they told me they put the cheapest breaks on. Now after 5 months I'm getting my breaks replaced again. Wouldn't. I just wouldn't recommend coming here. They just want to get you in and get you out. read more

I have had excellent service here for oil changes, tires, etc. The last set of tires they sold me for my Infiniti G35 were BF Goodrich Comp 2s, which are the best tires I've ever had for road handling, both dry and wet. I have 4 vehicles, 3 with Michelins. Oil changes are cheap and easy, no problems. read more

I have been using this store for years and have recently had two serious issues pertaining to my oil changes. About two months ago, January 2016, I brought my Honda CRV in for an oil change. There is a rock shield bolted beneath the oil pan. They failed to bolt it back on correctly, all of the bolts except one fell out causing the shield to be damaged and consequently I had to replace. March 2016, I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change. A few days later I noticed oil spots in the driveway. I found the oil filter loose and was leaking.
