I have been taking my car here for a couple of years. They have always been quick and friendly. The cost is more than other places but you pay for the convenience. I drive in, they give me a cold bottle of water, I sit in my car and in 10 minutes I'm driving away. They fill my windshield wiper tank, check my air filter (mine was always good), and make sure my tires are inflated correctly. When I went to other places it was 45 minutes sitting in the waiting room with them trying to upsell me all sorts of things. read more

Although the customer service was good, I can't imagine spending $100 for a simple oil change. Especially when the dealership normally charges HALF that price. I went here to get my CRV's oil changed. We were on a time constraint and decided to try this out. That was our biggest mistake. Not only was the service way too expensive, but they really did something to my car. Two of my dashboard lights turned on randomly, the overfilled my oil because I heard a loud roar while driving later that evening, we eventually stalled out while driving on a one-way road, AND two days after that - my car wouldn't even start. They F'd up my car so bad. I'm NEVER going back here again and I urge you to go elsewhere & save yourself the headache. read more

I had my oil changed at Take Five #0371 on 03/27/2024. I have been a customer at this particular location for three years, but sadly, my most recent visit will be my last. The first several times I brought my car in, I was greeted and welcomed and even offered bottled water. The past two times I've been there, I have practically been ignored. On 03/27/2024, I pulled into the bay and the only thing Gaige said to me was, "The same oil as last time?" I said, "Yes". The only other time he spoke to me was to tell me the total. There was no other conversation or interaction. I honestly felt like an interruption and an inconvenience. Ironically, Gaige was there the last time I brought my car in and he behaved the same way. [I just thought he was having a bad day...] In the past, I was offered additional products and services; that was not the case this time, or the time before. There are LOTS of oil change companies out there, so needless to say, decent customer service is paramount. I am going to take my business to a company that respects and appreciates me. Stoped in for a quick oil change. Tyler and his coworker where both extremely friendly. They quickly changed the oil and topped off my fluids in under 10 minutes! When resetting my oil light, Tyler noticed my tire pressure light was on also. He then offered to check and fill ALL of my tiers! I typically dread oil changes. I had my kids with me this time and when we rolled into the bay, Ian greeted all of us and asked me if it would be okay for the kids to have a juice boxes & a snack and me a bottle of water. I called before I arrived and was quoted $80 based on my vehicle type and year. that price went up to $120 once I got there and they had me pull up on the lift. This price was for only the oil being changed. No other service. Also No vacuuming included which comes free at the dealership. read more

This was the most hassle free oil change I've ever experienced. I've never been to a place like this, so I parked out front and started to walk towards the front office. One of the employees came out, asked how he could help, and directed me to drive around back. I was guided into the middle bay and the rest of the team started working while the first employee went over what oil I wanted and any other services I needed that day (I decided to get my wiper blades replaced). I didn't time them, but everything was done quickly and I left thoroughly impressed. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and professional. Amazing experience. I'm a reoccurring customer before and after the change who is more than pleased with the new setup. The price is on the higher side but still competitive and includes so much more than other familiar oil change locations. Free fluid top offs, tires checked and adjusted, and multiple choices of beverages are offered. Also all fluids are free if needed between oil changes. After two years of going to the same Havoline this new business replaced it. I couldn't be more disappointed. Its time for me to find a new place. I pulled in and they guided you through with signs saying stay in your car. (The Havoline you pulled up outside, they took over your car while you relaxed inside with the cool air conditioning). The oil change took twice if not three times longer than all of my previous oil changes. I was there for at least a 1/2 hour. I have no idea what they were doing for that long. I'm assuming they did not have enough people working. They did match my normal price from Havoline as there rates are much higher now. They also spent alot of time trying to up sell me on additional items. I'll be searching for another Havoline for my next oil change. read more
