Had limited time for an oil change and tire rotation and this site made it happen. Randy asked a lot of good questions in regards to the service I needed and gave his opinion on when to change things and what to request when I do. James was also part of the quick service and changed out my air filter for free when I bought the part and brought the car back. Highly recommend. read more

Today my Father & I went to go get an oil change for my car .The technician ( older white gentleman with glasses ) was rude to my father & I . We brought our OWN synthetic oil & filter ( as we usually do) . And he told us it would be $60 .Based off the previous 2 oil changes they did at this same location with the same car (we provided the past receipts to show him) that it has been $30 . So why would the price go up $30 more ? We inquired about the price & he couldn't give us an explanation. We showed him the $25 oil change coupon they are promoting from 11/24- 11/27 & he said it cannot be applied, because we have to use their oil & cannot use ours . Nowhere on this coupon does it state that you need to use Jiffy Lube's oil. It's VERY misleading and we were completely dissatisfied the way he was speaking to us , so we walked out and went elsewhere. We are completely disappointed with the poor customer service received today and will not go here anymore based on our personal experience. read more

For the most part, I'm still a fan of Jiffy Lube. This location has treated me and my vehicle very well over the last year. But today, Jiffy Lube was anything but jiffy. There was one vehicle ahead of mine when I pulled up, so I knew it'd be more than the usual twenty minutes wait. But two hours for an oil change/tire rotation is unacceptable in my book. The reason I've been a fan of Jiffy Lube in the past is solely due to the fact I can be in and out "in a jiff." To me, time is money. That's why I don't mind spending the extra few bucks for an oil change here. They check the entire vehicle, clean the windows, the whole shebang. Today's redeeming factor was the 10% cash back I get for having my card linked to my Yelp account. Other than that, Jiffy Lube was struggling this afternoon. Not sure if they were short-handed or the staff was merely having an off day, but all the folks who were waiting for the cars left extremely short-fused. read more

Usually quick and no appointment necessary, but very expensive. Quoted $150 for an oil change with synthetic blend. No other services or parts. I thought that was very steep and went to the Ford dealership and they did the job for $53 in under an hour. I can read a book for an hour or two for $100. read more

I just had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The new manager (Sharon) has really turned this place around. Experienced, friendly, and professional technicians on staff. They had me in and out in 15 minutes while I stayed in my truck. The shop could use a good cleaning though. I have had some decent experiences and some horrible experiences here in the past. I would highly discourage any business to this particular Jiffy Lube location and others within it's district owned by Team Car Care (Irving, TX) and managed by Lorenzo Stanfield (District Manager). Let me first start by stating while I was at Advanced Auto Parts for a battery diagnostic/replacement that the store manager who was changing my battery told me that there was corrosion around the bolt that holds my battery in place and within my wiring harness and that I needed to have the harness opened and cleaned to prevent any damage if not alreay present. The gentleman proceeded to try and remove the bolt with multiple tools, but could not due to the amount of corrosion. As result I had to purchase out of pocket a 5 piece bolt grip set for about $30. I then reached out to Dan (Jiffy Lube Mgr.) on 12-29-19 at Jiffy Lube store 1427, to inform him that on 6-15-19 my car battery terminals were cleaned as an additional service to my regular oil change and the leftover build up was never cleaned. He then emailed Lorenzo (with the incorrect contact info for me by the way) and told me there would potentially be a 24-48 hour turnaround. Today 12-31-19, I spoke with Lorenzo and our call was one that I must say was less than pleasing and unprofessional. Lorenzo practically defended his staff telling me that the corrosion I showed them in my photos was due to a natural occurence of not having cleaned the past 6 months (which was when it was last cleaned). I told him that I've ownwd this car for the past 5 years a d have never seen build up of this magnitude. He said and quote "The best I can do is offer another terminal cleaning and that's all". I then asked to speak to his superior and his response was "you're speaking to him" and "I make those decisions". I demand that my situation is remedied and that I am reimbursed for my unanticipated costs, but most importantly that Lorenzo and whoever else is responsible be held accountable. read more

THE SERVICE WAS VERY FAST AND WELCOMING! I always dread the times I have to get an oil change where ever I go. I expect to wait long and meet employees who are just there to be there. THIS TIME WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!! Went for an oil change and this time and I was greeted immediately! The employee made me smile just from how friendly his introduction was. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my WHOLE experience. They made sure to make me feel safe by wearing their mask properly around me at all times. One of the employees even SANITZED MY CARD after using it!! It made me laugh and appreciate their effort. I have to commend them on their amazing service and going above and beyond to make me comfortable in only 10-15 MINUTES. WITHOUT A DOUBT I AM GOING HERE EVERYTIME I NEED AN OIL CHANGE!! Came here this morning for an oil change, I called on my way to the store because I needed to bring my dog with me and I wanted to make sure it was OK. Everyone was extremely friendly here. The staff had excellent customer service with me. They were efficient and got the job done quickly and effectively. They thoroughly explained everything about my car and what they looked at. So the previous review was pretty right on.... this Jiffy Lube is not that "jiffy." My poor "catmobile" (her official name) was ahem, let's say a few thousand miles overdue for her oil change, and I normally take her to the dealership, but the past few months have been insanely busy, so we left a little early before an event to take care of her. I was thinking an extra 30 mins would be enough time, but it did take about an hour. The first guy that greeted us was not the most friendly, but I will say the manager was awesome, nice and funny. And he wasn't too pushy about the extras (mainly, I think, because the catmobile is still fairly new, and they didn't carry that type of oil filter anyway.) We sat in the lobby, and the TV's satellite keep on going in and out. That didn't really bother me, but a few others in the waiting room were not so happy about it. All in all, we rushed out of there and still made it to the event on time. Next time, I'll go back to the dealership where my changes are free. read more

Great Service and Caring Professionals! I have an old 1996 Ford Explorer and I think the ONLY reason it is still running well is because of the guys at Jiffy Lube San Pablo, specifically Justin V. and Shawn H. Every time I come in they do a full and thorough inspection (even if it takes a few extra minutes), top off my fluids, provide expert advice regarding parts, vacuum my interior, and even clean my windows! Recently my serpentine belt needed replacing (yes it really did need to be replaced btw), they have helped me with alternator issues, spark plugs, radiator problems, etc. Once before a long road trip Justin noticed that some of my tires were extremely worn and was very concerned for me and my family of 4, so I was able to get some new ones before embarking. After seeing the tires come off I have no doubt his actions prevented a probable blowout. In other words these guys actually CARE about their customers! I for one refuse to go anywhere else for my vehicle upkeep and consider myself fortunate to have such an expert team on my side and keeping me safe on the roads.
