I had a 11 oclock appt. to have tires rotated and balanced and a front end alignment. I arrived about 30 minutes early to check in and asked if we were still on schedule for my appointment and they said YES. Great fast service and friendly people. They're all happy to be livin the Key life. Would love to work for them if it paid enough. I called last minute to get my tire changed, not only did they have the exact tire size I was looking for (wasn't easy to find within a semi close distance), but they were able to take me in last minute. A man by the name of Zoo (I think that's how you spell it), took care of my car quickly. The entire process was easy and quick and the service was great! I give two stars gor a great location on highway . We needed brakes aftervpullibg our boat diwn on vacation . Owner introduced himself shook my hand and asked where i was from . (Are you a tourist in need) Said he could nit quote our brske job until they did a check out for $95 I pressed for a price as i knew i needed pads and one rotor . He was a bit annoyed and passed me to a worker then came back with a price over $500. I went next door to napa and bought all parts for $95 including tax . Seems disorganized and even though we had an appointment for an oil change after 40 minutes of waiting we left without the service. I realize there are delays if someone would of just came out and spoke to us and said hey were running behind then I would of stayed and had the service done but at no time did he do that. It appears they have a lot of people working there. I like to keep my business local as I have lived here for a long time but we won't be going back. We did get a call back from the owner and he apologized for the lack of service and assured us he would take care of us should we decide to go back to the business. I give him a lot of credit for calling this is the first time that has ever happened shows he does care about customer service. read more

Bruce and his team are exceptional, caring and very patient. When my girlfriend's car had an alignment issue found after a blown tire, the team there took very good care of her. They've always been friendly, honest and hardworking. Their patience in explaining an issue with your car is refreshing. They always try to give multiple options to fit someone's budget. We come down here from Palm Beach County a couple times a year. We only come for a few days to fish and spend time on the water so time is precious for those few days...no time to waste time. My splash guard was damaged on the way down here and dragging on the ground, it needed to be fixed ASAP. This Tire Kingdom was across the street from where we were staying so I was there bright and early, while my husband was impatiently waiting for me to start our day of fishing. Not only did they open their doors before regularly scheduled hours but they refastened my splash guard and had me on the water within 15 minutes. In my opinion they deserve 10 stars! These guys are the best. If you ever need you car serviced while down in the Keys come to this place! read more

Best mechanic shop ever! The place is clean and organized. The service is friendly, honest and fast. Plenty of mechanics have gross little coffee stations for waiting customers. Not here. Here they have a nice clean coffee station and the owner even came out and offered to make everyone coffee. They also have filtered water and complimentary sodas. read more

Amazing and honest service. Drove overnight from Orlando to Marathon only to discover a screw in my tire in the morning. I headed to the nearest place to get a plug in my tire. The incredibly honest staff informed me it was a short screw and no plug was needed... and there was no charge! Any other place would have not been this honest. Excellent customer service! I was visiting from out of town wand my cars alternator broke. They ordered the part overnight, squeezed me in to get it fixed the next day. They also offered to pick me up from the airport when I dropped the rental off. I highly recommend this business! They were timely, kind, fair prices, etc!! Stopped in to get a boat trailer tire repaired because I picked up a tiny nail on the way to the Keys for vacation. Bought the tire just last year and the owner tried to convince me it had to be replaced because it was too old to repair. Didn't even want to try. That was nonsense. A competitor repaired it in a few minutes with a plug-patch that I am sure will be working just fine for a couple of years. This can be a pretty good scam for someone who sells used trailer tires in the Keys. Over and over dealing mostly with tourists who are on vacation and have no knowledge of local merchants. read more

Service is good just watch yourself Bruce is one of those used car salesman types. You may go in for a simple oil change but next thing you know they are trying to shake you down. The add on services and repairs can really stack up if you give in to the pressure. The shop is well put together and the staff seems professional. But like I said just watch yourself they are slick. read more

After packing up our car on a late Friday afternoon, we found a screw in one of our tires Luckily I found Marathon Tire to bring my car to. Not only did Bruce's staff remove the screw but checked all my tires for air and for other screws. It's so nice to know this business exists in Marathon. I definitely recommend going here! read more

To be honest I thought Bruce came off a little rude on the phone but in person turned out to be an alright guy. It is hard to find perfect customer service but it is somewhere between so nice its fake and rude as hell. His son was very nice and has the customer service personality most people look for. My vehicle was well taken care of and I was happy at the end of the day so all is well. Based on my experience I would recommend them. I came because the reviews said the staff was friendly but left completely disappointed. Sold me two new batteries for an outrageous price telling me the old ones were dead and when in the end the problem wasn't even the batteries, I passed by Advanced Auto Parts and guess what? The old batteries were fine. Gave Bruce a call about this asking if it was possible to return them since I had just bought them like an hour ago and he tells me "No, I won't play your little game". Completely rude and unprofessional. Save your time and go somewhere where they don't think of your money as a "game". read more
