They are normally pretty busy so most of the time is per appointments. 2 weeks ago I had my tires change, and some concern over some parts of my vehicle that I already knew was going on but didn't have the time to fix, he suggested take it to their mechanic and if you want them to send you the mechanic it will be around $65.00 for a diagnostic. They are currently fixing my car today since we had to order parts for it. Some people say they are a little pricey but to me as long as customer service is done right you got my money and I did some research on my own for the parts that I needed and their price was like 20.00 over the online price so to me is worth it. She did said she call several dealers for the parts but couldn't find a lower local price available. Waiting 1 day to fix my car vs waiting a week or 2 for the same results for a safety issue is worth it to me. I have got their services before and they are on a growing pat, so still have some room for improvement in their part but I like them.
