Beware!!! Incompetence all around. Call service told us to buy the wrong tires. Purchased and brought them in and were told they couldn't be used. Had to purchase two new tires. Tires were installed and when we were driving the vehicle kept feeling like it was going to flip over. We called and told them and brought it back. After inspection they said nothing was wrong. We did our own inspection and tires were filled to 90 PSI instead of 75!!! Tires could have popped and cause an accident, serious injury and ruined brand new tires. I don't know how these clowns stay in business. You go in with a flat tire from running over a nail and tell the moron behind the counter you need it repaired, and he asks if you made an appointment. An appointment? To fix a flat tire.............. Then he tells you he has 5 cars ahead of you and you would need to wait hours, and it's going go cost almost $50 to patch. I went down the street to a local tire shop who did the job in 30 minutes for half the price. These guys charge dealership prices on everything since Mavis took them over, all of the old TK people have left and now you have these morons who don't know their ass from their elbow when it comes to cars or customer service. read more

Went back to the location around 1:20pm and my tire was sitting right next to the desk where I left it at 8am. These people just don't care. Not to mention how much of a rip off they are. Then, two hours later, they called to say they wouldn't patch it, citing a policy against fixing tires over five years old, unless I bought a new one from them. Been there before, the seemed to have a high manager turn over. It's usually good service, it all depends on the attitude of the guy at the front desk. Been there before where I spent some $ on a fixing BMW, new tires etc...The guys in the back always work hard. I went in for a patch, they told me it was to close to the tire wall, and we needed a new tire. Ok bought the new tire, told them, please please be careful with the wheel and calipers as I just had them painted, please be careful, the manager told me "no worries, 100%"! well it came back with the caliper scratch, after I told please be careful, hell I put the tire myself...i appreciate the business owner getting promptly back to me, that says a lot. Called asked how much to mount and balance 4 tires, was quoted $40.00 a tire. I had already called around and most quotes were for $30. a tire. Since they were close and convenient I made an appointment for 12 noon. I arrived, at 11:50 and the waiting room had 6 people waiting. The salesman was in a frenzy, answering and making calls while I stood in front of him for 10 minutes. He waved me over, I said I had reserved 12 noon for my appointment. He asked me to look at his screen showing $44.99 for each tire and that I would have to wait 1.5 to 2 hrs. I said why do have an appointment for 12 and have to wait that long. He said there were many people in front of me. I said what was the purpose of the appointment if I have to wait that long. I asked for my keys back and was done. My daughter went there to buy two tires for the rear, and they tried to tell her and sell her a wheel alignment which she should not need because the car was at the dealership and they took care of that already previously so they said if you don't do a wheel alignment, we will not warranty the new tires. I came in for an oil change and was told I needed the synthetic oil, which of course is expensive. The technician offered me a coupon to reduce the total cost, without me asking. They also told me my brake pads were low, which I appreciated. I noticed that they'd put air in my tires to ensure they were even and up to specs. I bought two new tires! I was told four days for arrival. When they arrived I got a call to setup appointment. Appointment was confirmed via email. When I arrived at appointment; they could not find my tires. I was told that they were at the other location by the manager Randal ! No apology! I called Randal after leaving to see what next step would be. I then got a phone call 45 minutes later from Matt telling me after I had left , and gone back to work that they had found them. I was told to come back and get them or don't and they hung up. I was forced to call back and ask if they would get me right in; they told me they would try. After i got a flat tire that rendered my tire useless. I called Tire Kingdom asking about any replacements they have in store. They told me they had a great sale on a new tire for my Ford Explorer after I gave my info. I showed up on Sunday morning just to be rudely greeted by the staff and told(condescendingly) that the tire I reserved was not right for my car and the only one they had that would fit was $400. I canceled my plans and decided to just wait until Tuesday morning when i could get a cheaper option. Tuesday arrives and I drop my car off at 12pm, said it would be a few hours. Did not receive a call back ever, so i called at 4:30 pm to check in and the man on the phone told me my car was ready to be picked up. I arrived for the second time to be told that my car was not ready, and had not even been taken back. At this point I canceled my beach plans and waited inside for my car to be ready (i was told it would only be a little while). 30mins later my car was taken back, I waited 1hr 10 mins in total for it to finally be done. Not Impressed. However when I explained the situation, I received an apology and a discounted price as well as a discount on any future oil changes. Not sure I want to wait a millennia next time my car needs it's oil changed but I do appreciate the 60% off. read more

Had a quote and an appointment from corporate and still waited ages, my appointment included an alignment and they said they couldn't do it. Things happen that's understandable but the worst part is absolutely horrible customer service. They didn't even want to look up my quote, they made me call another tire kingdom to get a picture of the quote that's already in their system. Lost all confidence in this shop. If they're this mismanaged in front of the house, i couldn't imagine how unsafe they are in the shop with vehicles. Save your time and energy and use another shop. read more

Horrible service at Tire Kingdom 441, gave them a tire for a flat repair at 8am and not until past 4pm, after a 5 minutes inspection, I found out it could not be fixed, mind you it was a tire I had purchased from them, brand new, less than a month ago, the guy at some point even said that since it was under warranty they don't prioritize it, just awful company policy. Very disappointed with the service gave my car in for an alignment & an oil change, I was told 1/12 hour my car would be ready After 1/2 hour they had not even touched my car. After me complaining I had to wait another Hour and 15 min. They were unable to provide a print out because they printer was not working I stepped up to pay and they informed me I would have to wait another 30 min for the info to down load so they could charge me. A total of almost 4 hours of waiting I drive a mile and realize my steering wheel was not centered and the vehicle pulls to one side I immediately called them and they said come back we will fix it right away I get back to the store and give them the keys they inform me it would take 15 min After waiting 30 min I notice the vehicle has not moved I then ask for a manager who was not available. I then ask for a Corp phone number or the managers boss phone number and was told they cannot provide me with that info I then researched the Corp office and made a complaint.. These guys have no respect for ones time They are happy to charge you and do a poor performance job but no empathy no business ethics at all.. read more

Tire Kingdom is always known for trying to sell you parts you don't need at costs way higher than average. This Kingdom is THE WORST. They take FOREVER on purpose to ring up the labor costs They LIE about your car needing things (I got an oil change last week) and they tried to up sell me one They gave me my truck back with one of my lug nuts missing. Purchased a set of Tires and also extended warranty from this establishment in July 2023. During that time period I had to have the left driver front tire patched due to a screw imbedded. Well as luck would have it we ran over another screw on that same front tire and had a flat. So, I filled the tire up and made an appointment to Tire kingdom on 441 Boca Raton, same place I purchased the tires from on July 17, 2023. Made our 1PM appointment and explained the situation to the service Manager. I also explained to the Manager that we already had a patch on that same tire and felt that according to what we read more than one patch would not be considered safe. We often take trips to Port St Lucie at least twice a month and felt a little uncomfortable. We were informed that we could have up to three (3) patches on the same tire. This totally contradicts what we have researched on line and we showed it to the service Manager. We felt based on the one (1) patch limit that this tire would be deemed unrepairable and thus be covered under our extended warranty. We explained this to the service Manager and we thought it was understood. At the end of a over 3 hour wait, we were informed that the vehicle was ready. We asked the service Manager if they saw that the tire had a previous patch, he stated yes there was and that his service tech added a second patch to the tire against what we had already discussed. He the service Manager was not too happy that we took exception to this and had to have his service tech unmount the tire and replace it with a new one. Here is the kicker, the Manager said, since we rejected the free repair our extended warranty would not cover the cost of this new tire, total $217.00, oh and by the way, he gave us a $20.00 discount. Can anyone out there tell us what the limit of patches on a tire that is deemed safe to drive. Not very happy with the outcome of my visit there, the store had an unworking restroom and wife had to use one of the local merchants restrooms, the place did not seem very clean nor inviting. Took almost 2 hours to get a break check ( no work done just checking the brakes) and then after they gave me the estimate ( I was done) took them another 30 minutes just to lower my car. Super slow and super inconsiderate. If I don't beg for my car back I'm sure I would have been there for at least another hour. People up front were nice but just horrible time management. read more
