They pulled my vehicle in and 10 minutes later my car was done. That was fast. The only thing I didn't like about the service was they never checked my wipers and see if I wanted to have them replaced. Also they never asked me what kind of oil I wanted in my car conventional, full synthetic or somthing in between. They just assumed I wanted the same as the last time. They did try to up-sell me on some air filters that I didn't think they needed to be replaced yet. I didn't look at the wiper fluid to see it it was topped off. I do recommend this place and will return again in the future. I would recommend when you visit you tell them what grade of oil you want so they don't just put whatever in your engine, conventional or full synthetic.

I explained to them that one of their employees had to have put the temp plug in. they denied it but said he have a friend that can fix it. Bottom line: they did this and won't fix it. when I tried to talk to the manager they said he isn't available. They either dropped my original plug or cross threaded it. They won't make it right. Hey, oil is super dirty and then I thought about it .. my wife saw a technician at Jiffy Lube, putting dirty oil in a car and I thought it was just the tent of the oil and now we have an car service shop telling me my oil is dirty. Check photos below. I am requesting that Jiffy Lube give me a free oil change and also look into their current oil supply. Jiffy lube already has a bad rep. Way to make it look worse.

They say "Oh you just need set of shocks and fluids They held my truck hostage, wouldn't let me have my vehicle back, then charges $12,000. Not 10 minutes after driving off their business my engine blows and exploded everywhere. Art Morse is not utilizing his long term professional experience to mechanic your vehicle. His Words "The Kid!" he has some young, dumb apprentice doing professional expert work without skill or knowledge. They also pressure washed the inside of my engine bay and destroyed a lot of it. (He's stealing your money and paying a kid $10 n hour to destroy your vehicle.) Art morse scams the Elderly, Women and every customer he comes across. (He scammed $12,000 social security savings of a 90 year old woman.(She is too old and now too poor to do anything about it!) We called and he did nothing, he demanded that we pay to have it towed back, it was towed no less than 3 times, and Art morse never did anything, he never fixed any existing issue, he created them, he destroyed my truck, I had new off the lot. since the displeasure of being 100% intentionally ripped off. My amazing truck has now just been sitting in the driveway leaking coolant and oil over itself and all over my driveway. The removed my good shocks off my truck and put on old pre-rusty shocks that are literally the cheapest option at the NAPA in town. My engine bay is now full of electrical tape. You can see the damage, explosion and residue from what happen after the shop and the engine blow. Stay far away from this crook, two faced scam artist. run far away. verify your vehicles, property and issues. If you do use this place you will regret it.

What I thought was a front seal oil leak on my 2005 Silverado was a leak in the rack and pinion steering assembly and they replaced it. Dave Freitas explained the repair clearly, and I had no issue with his invoice. Thought about selling the truck after repair, but it's so much better I'll hang onto it a while.
