DO NOT USE THEM as your service provider! our family was on vacation and unfortunately ran over a sharp rock that pierced through our tire so I called to see if they could swap our spare out with the flat and the gal on the phone sounded worried and not very happy to help said she'd let the guys know- when we pulled in, the old prick "Alex" came out and was rude to my husband greeting him with "you need to not block the driver and it'll be at least a two hour job" they had one other car up on the rack. one shorter gentleman ran out to us seeing what we needed and offered help, but then Alex piped up and yelled at this gentleman (1 of the tire shop employees) to get the job on the jack done first and to focus on that. he was just trying to be friendly and see what we needed. I was visiting from the Phoenix area and noticed what appeared to be a nail driven into my left front tire. It's normal to be wary when you need car assistance of any kind on the road, wondering, "Can I trust these guys?" Well, I can answer that with a resounding YES to these guys. They were informal (my preference), timely, and honest. One of the guys pulled what I thought was a nail but turned out to be just a piece of metal stuck in the tread. I offered to pay them for their time but they declined and sent me on my way. No, they're not Discount Tire, but they are a bunch of good guys and they deserve your business. read more

I had a blowout for my very first time. Been driving 50+ years. Scared me pretty good. I called Tire Hut. They were really busy and said to call back in the AM. I did. They said they'd call back in a few minutes. I waited an hour and decided to walk to the shop, it was a 5-7 minute walk. The staff is very gracious and very busy!! The owner sent out an employee to asses my tire. It did not hold air so he got my donut out, put it on and I drove to the shop. The young man was very caring and concerned. I pulled in, went in, talked to the owner. He and his employees hunted for a good used tire that would fit my car!! They found one, put it on and the service was excellent, the price was in my budget!! The tire works great!! No issues, I would recommend to a friend. read more

Went to Tire Hut today to have them fix a slow leak I had in one of my tires. The manager in the office was very accommodating, and had me pull the car in right away, and assigned one of his young employees to get to work on it, even though they were pretty busy at the time. I had read some of the earlier reviews, and wasn't sure about going there, but my experience today put that to rest. I was in and out in about a 1/2 hour, they found that a previous repair (plug) had failed, and not only put in a new plug, but also installed a patch on the inside of the tire behind the plug, as insurance against a future leak. The manager, and all of the employees were very courteous and friendly, and the price was right too. Would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. read more

The only reason this review gets one star is because if the owner, Alex's wife Cindi. I bought 4 tires here a year ago to the tune of just over $1300.00. My tire blew out with my newborn in the car on my way from Seattle to Long Beach and Alex at that time was so helpful getting me new tires and getting me back on the road. I was thrilled to be able to use a local business and not have to go to a "big guy". Fast forward a year when my tire blew on I-5 last night. I immediately called Alex this morning. He identified himself as the owner and I proceeded to ask him if my tire was under warranty as I had only driven a few thousand miles on it. He reluctantly told me to bring the tire in. When I explained to him that I was in Seattle his response was, "What do you think I am going to do about that?" He was awful. In fact, I can't remember a time that someone was so rude. I then called Les Scwab in Seattle. They explained that they would love to sell me a tire but that I should have Tire Hut send me one and send mine back to them. They said they do this for customers all the time. When I called Tire Hut to inquire the conversation went like this. "Hi this is Sydnie, I called earlier this morning. Is this Alex?" (Same voice from this morning) "It might be, what do you want" Finally his wife got on the phone and took my information all the while "Alex" yelled at her saying things like, "Why can't she just go buy a tire? etc" Cindi was nice enough to call the distributor of the tire to see what she could do. She called me back and was very nice. When I told her how disappointed I was with Alex's attitude she told me that it was never Alex that I was talking to but an employee posing as him. When I pointed out the person I talked to was the same person who just handed her the phone and said she was his wife, she ignored it. While I know this was not the truth, I am sure she has to cover for this man's bad attitude all the time and I am just glad I am not the one married to him. I understand small business limits, I have my own small business. I was just hoping that they could point me in the right direction or at least replace the tire the next time I was down there so I could have a full spare. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Needed a lawmower tire fixed. Got there just in time to witness some old grouchy dude, i'm guessing the owner or guy that runs the place, really berating one of his employees in front of customers. I walked in, started to tell them what I needed and he rudly cut me off and told me he can't help me without seeing it. I brought it in and he didn't even look, just told me it'd be $20 and basically scoffed in my face. I promptly did an about-face and took my business to the tire shop just up the street for the same price. read more

I have been in numerous times and all very positive. Couple or three times getting flat tires repaired. The biggest visit was today. Bought 4 brand new all terrain tires and got a great deal. They said it would take an hour to install and it did. Love talking to them. Passes time quickly while waiting. I highly recommend them. read more

I wish there was a ZERO -- for worse than a one rating!!! I was in Long Beach, Washington for the weekend and started my drive home. Just before turning to head east from Pacific Highway my tire light came on in my Lexus. The Coopers Tires sign caught my eye so I turned around and went back to ask if anyone there could check my tire pressure. It was 12:15pm. A heavy set gray haired man with their company shirt on was carrying a tire past me to put in the back of a truck-- I rolled down my window and asked it someone could check my tire pressure... He did not respond just growled, threw the tire in the back of the customers truck and then walked right back past me without even acknowledging me. I got out of my car and peered in through the open service doors and he rudely waved at me to come inside. I did so and when I got inside -- he would not even look up. He had some other employee ask me what I wanted??... I said "Could someone please check my tire pressure because I was starting my 2 hour drive home and my low tire light had just come on". He told me that their "tire guy" was at lunch -- meanwhile the fat ass that had just taken a tire past me just sat at the computer and did not even look up. I said, "Well I guess I'll just keep driving then". I don't recall ever being treated so rudely at any business EVER.... Thank God I have Les Schwab tires on my car and when I got back to Battle Ground I pulled in there and was greeted with a smile and they checked ALL my tires and added air to the one that was low!!! It took them all of 2 minutes...... If that fat ass owns this Cooper's Tire place I hope he knows in life -- what goes around comes around!! If he doesn't -- he should be FIRED!! Jan F. read more

I'm kind of bummed that Yelp doesn't let you do 0 stars. Eh maybe it gets one because the douche bag who handled us charged us 50 instead of the 80 he said, even though after our experience. We had the mistake of driving on the beach and turning the wheel and getting stuck in the sand, so yes that was our mistake. There was still a lot of sand in the tires and the wheel was jerking so we came in to check the car out. The guy made us seem like an idiot. We asked the cost and he said roughly 80 dollars we joked saying ouch he said well it happens when you're dumb enough to drive a brand new car on the beach (not even a brand new car) and just kept harassing us about it and making crude "jokes". Then on top of that I see a paper out in the open stating dumbass with someone's keys on top of it. A customers keys? Probably so with how crappy they are. Worst place ever. If they didn't have our car lifted up and holding onto our keys I would have just left. Worst service ever. This place has the worst customer service ever, it's a dump, doesn't even seem clean and should be shut down. Especially after seeing the other bad reviews on this place. Shouldn't have even been charged for how rude but it was a special trip for a special occasion and far away from home didn't even want to bother and you can't argue with morons. read more

I bought 4 tires and and a muffler system on may 7 and 27 mile's outside of Astoria the muffler blew off.I tried to buy local to support seaview but after having this happen i replaced the muffler .And drove it back from molalla OR with no problem's.Went back to this professional shop ????? they blamed my truck for the problem odd that after getting my muffler fixed at a real shop it has been fine since.You would think they would stand behind there work they said well next time i need work done they would give me a break,I don't think any one that spent $900 and a week later having to spend another $140 to fix there work will ever go back for more of there professional work.So anyone that looking to get there rig fixed spend the extra time to go to a real professional shop. read more

The only reason why this review is getting a one star is because there is no option for 0 star. Had there be one, I would give this shop a flat 0 star. It's because of the owner's attitude and the way he handles his business. I went here because I needed to have my tire and wheel replaced. The owner, Alex, was able to replace the tire but the wheel we had to order online. In the meantime, he will lend us a used wheel but we had to pay $40 which he said he will give back once the new wheel arrives. I don't think we rented the wheel because there was no mention of rent but he mentioned that he will give our money back once we have the new wheel. But anyway, 4 days later and the wheel arrived and was put in my car. When we asked for our money back, that's when he started yelling and cussing, and at one point told us that the $40 should be our payment to them for putting the new wheel in. Now, that was not in our agreement (and considering that he already charged me for the labor the first time) He clearly told us that he will give our money back before we got the new wheel. And this may be a small amount of money but it just shows his lack of integrity and unreasonable way of handling business. Anyway, after all of our effort trying to remind him of our agreement and his cussing and yelling, his wife and I ended up with splitting the amount. Behind his back, she gave us $20 back and the request for us to reconsider doing business with them again in the future. And we left with the $20 and the vow to never, ever step on this place again. And by the way, if you are not a car person and are not familiar with parts of a car, don't make the mistake of asking him because he will look at you and talk to you like you are the most stupid person in the world. read more
