Instead of doing the oil change properly, their technician chose to vacuum the oil out because removing the undercarriage cover would "take too long." We relied on their expertise and trusted they knew what they were doing. The car was driven a short distance after the service and seemed fine. The next morning, however, it started misfiring immediately and was clearly unsafe to drive. The vehicle remained parked until it could be evaluated, and was eventually towed to a certified mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a missing camshaft seal and advised that this type of failure is consistent with improper oil extraction using suction equipment and would not occur during a standard oil change. We paid $613.79 in repairs, plus the original $97.95 oil change. We made multiple attempts to contact the shop (calls and email). Eventually, their claims manager called on 3/25/2026 and denied the claim solely because they didn't get to inspect the vehicle first ignoring the fact that the car was unsafe to drive and that we didn't even know they caused the issue until after a professional diagnosis and repair. At this point, it's not just about the damage, it's about accountability. Cutting corners for convenience caused real damage, and they've refused to take responsibility. We are now pursuing this through small claims court. Use caution. An oil change shouldn't result in engine damage.

Great quick and friendly professional customer service. Consulted with me first, offered…read morerecommendations, and no pressure whatsoever. Nice guys, oil change done well and affordable. No surprises, and I highly recommend. I used them recently on my Mitsubushi and on my Volvo today. Happy to have found a place I can depend on for my future oil changes. And free coffee in a nice waiting area with television and a clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and ease of access just off hwy 101.

Honestly so disappointed in how i was treated, a little back story, i know one of the technicians…read more(keegan) personally as i used to be best friends with his girlfriend, her and i had a falling out and it was last year, i went to get my oil changed on September 15th 2026 and he was the one who ended up putting oil back into my truck. He ended up over filling my vehicle and long story short my truck started running like absolutely shit, wasn't accelerating and was shaking when i would accelerate, i called customer service to figure out what i should do, they opened a case for me and recommended i go back to valvoline and have them drain and fill my oil up to the correct amount, i took pictures of my dipstick before i went in case there was any issues at valvaline, Hank the computer guy i had, super sweet, keegan and another technician went to go check my dipstick, i don't know if he thought i couldn't see him or what but he decided to wipe off the over filled oil with his thumb and tried to say it was perfectly filled, then proceeded to sit there and laugh about it saying "it's just stains" when it wasn't ( i will add pictures of my dipstick at my house) he tried to tell me that my oil was perfectly filled and i told him it wasn't and i had picture proof and he tried to tell me i need to check it 30 minutes after i've driven my truck, hank then came back over and tried to tell me that my oil was filled perfectly and i explained to him that it wasn't and that keegan had wiped off the overfilled oil on my dipstick, he then said he would check it himself and then show me without wiping it off, he seen that it was overfilled, keegan got pissed off that i called him out, my boyfriend was with me and decided to roll his window down too, keegan then decided to call me a bitch and that he doesn't like me cause me and his girlfriend had a falling out, and he was talking shit thinking i couldn't hear him, will not be going back there after today

Had a pretty decent visit here - took my wifes car in for oil change. No line at the time…read more They will check for things they can upsell you on, like cabin are filter, etc. They do wash your windows, but not vacuum (not that I expected it, but some lube/oil places do) Waiting area had free coffee and TV; loved the old oil cans/memorabilia for decorations. Quick, gracious service Prices a little high, they did take my email with a promise to send coupons, havent seen that yet. Would recommend!
