And in both cases, the car owners/victims were on their way out of town, either after visiting the coast or moving from the coast. I don't know if Craig, the owner, discriminates in his duping of customers based on whether they're passing through, so maybe you're a local and will be lucky, or you might be like a friend who got stranded, friendless and broke, in eastern Oregon on her way to moving to the midwest. This shop and its practices are, to my mind, criminal.
