Kaylie was very nice and helpful. Kyler actually traveled to my mom's home and removed her wheel. He took it to the tire shop, fixed it and re-installed it on my mom's car the same day! After a violent abuser stabbed all four of our snow tires, we could not safely jack the car ourselves after getting it towed home on a flatbed. One of the studs on one wheel was broken and the lug nut could not be removed normally so we called Dell's OK Point S to check if someone could come out. To my surprise they said yes and we only had to wait 10 minutes or less for Austin to arrive! Our original plan was to get the rims and ruined tires off then take those and an existing set of all season tires to the shop to get them mounted. I was delighted when Austin carefully and safely jacked the car, removed the tires on rims and took them to the shop. He then mounted the all season tires onto the rims. He was gone a short time then returned and installed them all using an air wrench from his service truck. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even thought to bring the ruined tires back in case they are needed as evidence. He was calming, kind, professional and personable, took time to educate me, and patiently answered all my many questions In a way I could understand. Thanks to him, we are now able to drive the car and get the extensive body damage estimates for the insurance and police department before the perpetrator's court date and start the process of getting the car repaired, all without having to pay for another tow. In my opinion, he definitely undercharged for the house call and excellent service. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this shop. read more

No company can guarantee their work if they dont do the entire job from start to finish using their own product and the company that did it for you took a big risk in doing so. Stay away from this shop! Took my car in for an inspection and an alignment. They recommended I replace the rear hubs. They tried to charge me double what they quoted me and when the work was finished informed me that the car could not be aligned even though I had it aligned 3 weeks prior. Both can't be true. Either it can't be aligned or they lied to me, charged and didn't align it. I am going to have to go someplace else to find out the truth. Huge waste of money and time. read more

I hit a rock on my way to Astoria and got a flat tire. Del's OK Point S was the only shop in town that carried my tire size. They were able to repair it the same day and were very nice and responsive! My only complaint was that I asked them to check the air in my remaining tires, which was not done and the communication could have been improved. Great prices for most shops. But have had multiple things gone missing in my vehicle. Also paid over $500 to get my breaks done for them to not bleed my breaks at all. Left $500 less in my pocket and a truck with air for breaks won't come anymore since there warranty's mean nothing. read more

Is stopped into buy a tire for my Kayak trailer. I was told to get the tire somewhere else because it was a special order and bring it to them and they would mount it for $11.00. I came back with the tire and they changed their price to $46.25 to mount the tire being more than I paid for the tire. I told them they quoted me a price of $11.00 last week to mount the tire. He didn't care about the price they quoted me me and said I saved money buying the tire somewhere else and this was going to be the price. I went to Les Schwab and they mounted the tire for $9.99. He made it clear that he didn't care if he wasted my time. I will never buy tires from them again or have them do any work on my vehicles. read more

Stopped into Del's to get some tires that my wife had gotten for me at Costco for Christmas I first went to Costco to have them mounted and they informed me that they couldn't mount the tires on my rims because their rules said the tires didn't match the rims.....mind you, they are the SAME size that is ON the car...... So...being more than just a LITTLE befuddled, I thought to myself....FINE...I have had enough of the "Big Box" store nonsence....I will find myself a new, preferably a "Ma & Pa" store........ Enter Del's I was so freaking pleased to find Del's, that before I even walked into the place I had made up my mind that this was going to be my new "go to" place.....UNTIL....they informed me that they would not moint my tires, because I didn't by them from THEM. That had to be the DUMBEST thing I have heard, in a long time. He had the opportunity to steal away a Costco and Les Schwab customer and MAKE A $100.00 in the process. But, instead, refused my business. Losing and future business that I would have done with them. That incredibly STUPID policy, not only, cost them the business I was offering that day, but took them out of the running for any future business I was going to do with them. I own four other vehicles that will not be serviced there. Not to mention the loss of any future referrals that the proper business response would have created. Now for the capper. When I asked him for a referral to someone in the area who would be willing to help me. He told me I would have to go into northern Washington to find anyone who would mount my tires. Nothing more than a vindictive lie. So, I went back to Seaside and got them mounted by someone who is actually trying to grow a business and, in fact, will be getting mine from now on. Got news for ya Del's...It is business practices like yours that keep the Big Box stores in business. You certainly are NOT any reason to change. read more

I had a low tire and took it to Dell Point S tire...bought the tires at Les Schwab but these guys were closer. Fixed the tire right away and charged nothing. They noticed the brakes were bad (which I knew), gave me an estimate and we scheduled it. They open at 8:00, got there at 7:30 and a couple of guys were there so I dropped the vehicle off and the keys....saving me a trip back with just the keys. They called me at10:00 to say it was ready. The price was right, the service was prompt and courteous. I'll go back to those folks. read more

Be warned that if anything goes wrong Michael the manager will lie about your date of service in order to be outside of liability. I needed tires in July, and had them replaced mid July. When the job was finished we were not made aware of any concerns and we left happy believing they had completed a comprehensive job as requested. However, on August 27th, about 5 weeks after our service date, my husband was nearly in a serious car accident due to tire failure. When at another shop we were informed that one tire was being held together by ONLY 2 lug nuts!? When Del's was contacted we were told the job was done 3 months ago and whatever issues existing had nothing to do with them. I pulled up bank statements showing that my bank (USAA, paid with debit) had billed for July 14th and called them back, only to be told that the job was in fact done in June (Before I ever even knew the place existed) and they BILLED A MONTH LATER. Right... and that they also verbally told us there were lug nuts missing, like we wouldnt have just paid to have more put on while we were there and had already spent over $700 AND that we were also given an invoice that told us we were missing pretty important materials, No invoice was ever given. He said it was his word against ours. Even with reasonable inquiries like just a refund on one tire we were told no and hung up on. GO TO ANOTHER TOWN IF YOU NEED TO BUT DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. Making mistakes is one thing but flat out lying is something else entirely. read more
