We were ok, but needed to find a tire repair place. We were out of state headed to the UP. He suggested Lalos. They were absolutely great. He and his daughter replaced the flat tire, drove to a warehouse to find us a match for the damaged tire, balanced the tires and alerted us to the slightly bent rims (ouch). He and his daughter rotated the tires to put the new ones on the rear and the old ones on the front. He checked the other two and sent us on our way. He stopped what he was doing and serviced us immediately. We arrived at our destination 5 hours later safe and sound. As total strangers visiting from out of town we felt like he treated us like family. And the price was very reasonable for the tires, which were for a performance Audi. Could not have had a better experience!
